Very nice, modern and clean apartment in a calm street. Host is super nice and helpful. Close to the supermarket and tram - about 20-25 minutes to Venice Piazzale Roma. It's a perfect mainland base if you don't mind the daily commute.

The view - but that was expected and it is still a perfect value.

The room is newly renovated and very clean. It's ~5 minutes from public transport.

It was cheap

The wifi was terrible. The A.C. is controlled by the host. I messaged them to see if the cold air was even on because it was really warm in the house. They said it was at 22 and I asked if they could make it a degree lower. They said they turned it down to 21 and it was still NOT cooling down at all. Lastly, we told the host that we had to leave around 8am (we were parked in their driveway) in order to make a flight. After checking out, we went outside and saw that a car was parked behind us and was blocking us in. Even though the host knew we had to be out early. We texted the host right when we saw we were blocked in. It took him almost 30 min to reply. We also called the other host who answered the phone and told us she'd be right down. It took her at least 10 minutes to get there (by then it was 8:40), and when she came to the car, she told us "see, I said I'd be right down!". We almost missed our flight. We had to rush to get there. Why allow a car to park behind us if you know we're leaving early?The bed is also uncomfortable.

Premises were very well equipped and clean.

Air conditioning system turned on at 0:00 and worked till morning. It was very loud and disturbing, not possible to turn off. We didn't sleep well because of that.

The apartment is clean and modern. The host was very welcoming. It has the parking lot, which is super convenient.The self check in process went really smoothly.The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Bed linen and towels were good.It has a good transportational connection with Venice, just 15- 20 min of tram ride. I would definitely come back again.

The automatic air-conditioning in the room was noisy at night, but the host imiditiatly fixed that remotely once we texted him.

The host Alberto was really nice and answered all our questions. He gave us directions to the nearest restaurants, shops and transportation. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything one needs from private accommodation. The location is perfect for exploring Venezia. We came by train from Milano and from Mestre Centrale took bus number 2 to the location. On the next day when we went to Venezia, we took direct tram T1 and we were there in no time (20-30 min). The apartment was excellent value for money and if we decide to come again, I will definitely book it. Thank you, Alberto for the excellent service!

Everything. Fantastic place. Clean, well equipped, modern, great access to public transport

Facilities good. Exceptionally clean. Potential issue is it's opposite a stadium, but nothing on so no noise. Also team into Venice nearby and every 15 minutes.

The property is very smart, so nothing we didn't like.

We liked the location, the fact that we could park our car, that we were close to the tram and in less than 30 minutes we could be in Venice. The apartment was clean.

It was an inconvenience not being able to use the dishwasher and washing machine or stove at the same time, because the power would go out. We were expecting to being able to use them without having to make a schedule for them. We worked around this, but it was disappointing.

Everything was clean and beds were so comfortable. Shower was spacious!

The location is okay, but it's a very easy tram ride to Venice! But heyyyy it well makes up for it

Very clean and modern apartment in close proximity to a supermarket, town, and a tram to Venice. Secure parking and a washing machine also very helpful. It was perfect for our stay to explore Venice - thank you.
