I wish the car parking entry and leaving has automatic gate sensor control.

Modern bathroom not a bad distance to train station ,super convenient to return to airport

I specifically booked this hotel because it said that the hotel had a airport shuttle. When we checked in they told me that the shuttle was actually a taxi and it costs 38 euros ($46) to get to the airport. A TAXI IS NOT A SHUTTLE! Poor description

Breakfast was good and convenient.

Shower was a little small.

Everything- the location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was super comfortable and clean. Bus to Venice right around the corner and convenient. Easy access to Venice but nice to get out of all the busyness at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Pillows could be improved- I used every pillow in the room for one person and still didn’t have enough cushion to sit up and read on the bed. Very flat, cheap pillows

Dimitri ( front desk) was particularly helpful in making suggestions of things to do in Venice. Room was very clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Great location with a bus stop just around the corner.

No glass provided in the bathroom/room.

Breakfast. Because of some weird commotion happening around - order breakfast at the hotel. Location is great, not far away from the station where trains to the main islands go. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Helpful and attentive staff. Let me and my girlfriend leave our bags there for a week while we hiked the Alta Via in Northern Italy.

Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met.

It is accessible to key areas such as bus stops, train stations and Mestre is the real closest to Venezia SL. Next to decent Asian cuisines as well.

Location was close to Venice. The location was OK at best. Close to the train station close to the bus stop.

I didn’t like the fact that they nickel and dime you for everything. Like teabags were at a premium. Condiments were not readily accessible. No water bottles.

My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was exceptional, and the location is easy walking distance from the Mestre train station.

Overall. And free of welcome drink bottles.

Shower area is too small. Location a but far from station.

Great property for a layover in Mestre. Modern, quiet and clean.

A bit pricey for a 3 star hotel

We were a group of 9 Adults and had booked this hotel 7 months back. We all liked the location to Maestre station, bus stand to go to Venice island every day ( Maestre station is 8 minute walk and bus stand is 4 minute walk).Breakfast was a good spread. Hotel and the facilities were clean. Staff were very helpful and caring. I would stay there again on my next trip and would recommend it to others.Hotel interiors are very tastefully done. Loved it.

They did provide 2 kettles for our 4 rooms but wish there was one in every room.

It was close to the train station. Paid gated parking was behind the hotel, with easy room access. Breakfast was good.

Room was not restocked with coffee/ creamer. No microwave.
