The view from the room was nice, and it was within walking distance of anything you need. We were able to take scooters anywhere we wanted to go in the city.

The air conditioning might as well be non existent.

The first room was not clean but they quickly fixed the situation.

Quiet temperature control of the rooms (no fan grinding on and off) and the best breakfast buffet ever - with real coffee! Not in the center of things, but I was on business and walked to work - and it is a trolley away from everything.

No - I will be staying there every time I go.

Staffs are excellent and prompt and breakfast is very good .

For one room with one double bed and one single bed / Blind was not working properly - 1st half hour light was not working - though the front desk finally came and checked - entrance light was not working throughout our stay - we expected a little discount for that room - other rooms were good

The staff, especially Mohamed, are very helpful and did his best to help us solve the bathtub issues; ie. water not running through and stay in the bathtub, and finally change a room for us and ensure we are happy on our continual stay on the following days. Thumbs up for Mohamed! However, overall we like staying in this hotel as the room is big and the beds are comfortable.The breakfast is really good and we enjoy it very well.

The bathroom really need yo be upgrade for proper usage.

I personally paid for my room, yet the invoice was shared with individuals who did not stay in that room. This is a serious violation of my personal and financial privacy.Guests should be aware: stay only in hotels where your personal and payment information is securely protected. Unauthorized sharing of invoices is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s management.I urge the hotel to immediately address this issue and ensure that all guests’ private information is strictly protected.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately my experience was far from acceptable.First of all, my personal invoices were given to another guest without my permission. This is a serious breach of privacy, and absolutely unacceptable for a hotel chain like Best Western.On top of that, the hotel provided incorrect information about my reservations. All reservations were made under my name, through different platforms, and I also used my own personal discounts. Despite this, the hotel gave another guest the impression that all bookings were under his name, which created unnecessary confusion and stress.If the hotel had carefully checked the reservation details, none of this would have happened. I expect much better professionalism and data protection from an international brand.I hope management takes this seriously so no other guest experiences something similar.

Quiet and good neighborhood. Good breakfast with multiple food, fruits & drinks to choose. Walking distance to tram & bus stop. Close to grocery stores & good restaurants.

The sitting atmosphere in the dining room. It feels more like a school cafeteria. Suggest more comfortable chairs with soothing colors and lighting.

Breakfast was excellent and tge ,staff is friendly. Location was perfekt to walk to Avicii Aena for Lady Gaga konzert. It is safe everywhere

Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Very good condition.

Little further out than we had hoped. Would have preferred a walk in shower. Tub was very deep and difficult to get in. Shower controls were complicated.

The hotel has a very good location close to a tram station. Nice lobby bar where you can get some rest and have a drink after exploring the city the whole day. Good breakfast.

The bathroom was pretty bad, because there was no bathtub or shower cabin. Expect water everywhere after a shower.

The reception people were super nice and helpful and the location of the hotel was very convenient to reach centre of Stockholm.

We are disappointed from housekeeping: they didn't change our room towels(only when we remind them) and didn't clean the floor on a regular basis while staying.

The breakfast is absolutely incredible. I was so happy that was included because it started my day off right. The location of this hotel is perfect. Easy to get to by public transit with a couple transfers and nature is so completley woven into the built environment. I loved it!

Excellent hotel for a stay in Stockholm. It may not be central but the transport links into the city centre are easy and the boat option especially, is a scenic delight. I've stayed numerous times in this hotel as I find the peaceful surroundings beats a city centre location.
