The only chair in the room was not very comfortable. Check-out is 11:00 but the staff entered at 9:30 to start cleaning.

It wasn't super clean but it was ok. They did not provide a sponge or brush for the dishes.

Very accessible location to metro and bus stations, also super close to major supermarkets. Good roooms and ample space. Decent kitchenette.

Primitive TV with only 10 channels and no way to play your own content wirelessly.

The area was nice, close enough to the city centre (10 mins by train, 20 mins by commuter rail) yet far enough from the city to be quiet. The apartment had great location too, with two large convenient stores right below and the train station 5 mins away by foot.

Very disappointing stay. There are no staff on site, so for every issue we had to call customer service. Our check-in was delayed, and we ended up standing in the cold, windy rain for nearly an hour just to receive the entry code since everything is code-locked, there was no reception or staff on-site to let us in. No apology or compensation was offered. On check-out day, the cleaning staff entered our room unannounced around 9:30am, despite the official check-out being 11:00. To make matters worse, the main entrance was locked early at 10:00, preventing guests from re-entering. Overall, a poorly managed property with zero respect for guests’ comfort or privacy.

I’m writing to express my disappointment and frustration over how I was treated during my recent stay. Our group had booked over 10 rooms for one night as part of a family gathering. I had booked a room for two people and brought my child with me — something that should not have been an issue, especially in a family-friendly environment.To my surprise, hotel staff came to my room and informed me that I could not stay unless I rented an additional room for my child. I was left with no choice but to pay for another room — one that I never checked into, never used, and never checked out of.This was incredibly unfair and unprofessional. There was no understanding, no attempt at a reasonable solution, and no respect for the fact that we had brought significant business to the hotel with over 10 rooms booked in total.Being forced to pay for a second room that I didn’t use — simply because I was traveling with my child — was not only unnecessary, but also felt like a way to take advantage of guests.This experience left a very negative impression, and I sincerely hope management addresses how families and loyal guests are treated. No one should be made to feel unwelcome, especially under such unreasonable circumstances.

We did book two rooms for my family at 4:30 pm for the same day. They are very professional and part of the chain of the famous apartment series... We had to first verify our data by providing government ID and then got our room codes... No key, only codes for everything for the lift and room door, and they are valid for the period of your stay... Once the time is finished, the codes become inactive. We called customer care two times for some work, and everytime within 10 minutes the person was at the door...that shows their professionalism... thank you very much for making our stay good...

Everything was good, but there is no reception, no human interaction; everything is online...even if you need something, you have to call customer care...but it will be there in 10 minutes...

Boring

The tv, is too old, it’s not possible just watch a movie or something, and the WiFi connection is awfull

The room was clean.

There was no toilet paper on the holder in the bathroom. Took me a while to find a spare roll in a cupboard. One more pillow would come in handy, too. The price for the apartment of this size was somewhat high as well.

Great location, shop just downstairs of the building, food and train station 2 min walk. Great value for the money, would recommend and come back myself

Apartment facilities and location were really good. Very good value for the price. Hassle-free check in and out with the code.

Broken child-lock in the window which was really dangerous. No on-site parking which caused us a lot of hassle since we were traveling with toddlers and luggage and elevator was not working. So we had to take the big luggage up the stairs.

Room doesn't show how many bed is in the room.I was shown bed for 4 but actually there's only 2 bed and extremely uncomfortable sofa bed

The room is comfortable and clean

No staff, no service

Good position, near the university and next to the rail station that links directly to the city centre. There are also a gym and two supermarkets nearby.

The sofa-bed of one of the apartments was in very bad hygienic conditions, but we called the customer service and they gave us a brand new apartment in a couple of minutes.

Location, value for money

Lack of even a single reception staff to help with check-in.

The room was clean and quiet and the location close to the train station was excellent. The code system was handy. The cleaning instructions were clear.

Prompt reply on reservation and confirmation on booking through emails and sms.

Facility is without any reception or people handling. Everything is online. In case you have to reach customers-care for any query, it's a long queue.
