Pendeltåg station is close by, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and there were enough of them.

- No A/C (room was very uncomfortable).- Room wasn’t clean nor maintained (dirty/stained chairs, dirty tv remotes, mini fridge was filthy, water kettle was dirty, broken body wash holder, etc.)- No room service.- Limited breakfast hours.

The breakfast is so good! Lots of choices and very unique from other hotel provided breakfast. Bed and bathroom are huge and with pretty cute balcony. The lobby is scented which I like.

You need to book a table for breakfast and book for cleaning room. They don't change blankets and pillows covers during cleaning.

I forgot something to the room. They did not send it to me even if I proposed to pay the delivery.

Room quality was poor. Broken safe, broken and burned out electrical sockets, couldn't turn the bedside lamps off at night.

High level hotel near Stockholmsmässan. It is a business hotel with medium-high price. It is clean and very calm. Room are good with private bathroom. Great breakfast. Location is near the commute train station.

Breakfast was great. It is not close to the city center but 5 mins walk to the train station and 20 minutes by public transport to the old city. The staff is very friendly.

The bathroom was not clean, there was pubic hair (not one, but many) at the corners of the shower. The shower floor was yellowish. The wash basin was not clean, there was dirt in the corners, not just yellow from being old. There was an ugly looking toilet brush, which I tried not to look at. We told the receptionist about the bathroom. She was very kind and put us on the daily cleaning list the same day but the bathroom did not improve much for the rest of our stay.
