Free breakfast, helpful staff.

Room was smaller than I thought.

We did not sleep lm sorry 2 min not even 5 min Therese camera everything is open visible. Reception came and told me go out. O told him for second person payment l can pay or seperat room he did not listen even it was 3 o'clock night and -15 degrees cold. If there's any rights l want my right otherwise l will not stop. I worked long period with booking com for reservations and guest reletion front office mgI want my payment back and l will complain reception to police

I was charging my phone on the breakfast salon while eating my breakfast suddenly my phone disappeared! I got panicked and after a while I found out that the person who worked in reception took the phone without any explanation! Pls before assuming that the phone doesn’t have any owner bother yourself and ask!

The communication with the hotel was excellent — every question I had was answered within a couple of hours. The front desk is open 24/7, which was very reassuring.Special thanks to Lotta, the wonderful lady at the front desk. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind — truly a keeper.The entire staff was respectful and welcoming. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, so everyone can easily find something they enjoy.The room was quiet, clean, and warm, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The hotel is located right next to the train station, yet it’s surprisingly quiet—we stayed on that side and didn’t hear a thing, and the frequent trains make getting to the city center and everywhere else exceptionally convenient.We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely helpful in every way. The variety and taste of the breakfast was simply excellent. The hotel's overall facilities met our expectations. Additionally, the 24/7 hot tea and coffee service in the lobby was a thoughtful and significant plus. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The bus stop, metro, and supermarket are very close by. Transportation is very convenient, allowing you to reach the city center without any hassle.

Located just 15 min from a city center, the hotel offers great value for money. Helpful staff, free hot drinks and well arranged breakfast buffet make it a great place to stay and explore Stockholm.

Might get busy on weekends with rear sounds coming from “adjacent” rooms.

Very good location, near train and bus station. Good personal and self check-in. The brakefast was also very good.

We were group of 3 but only had two blankets, they didn’t have an extra one to give us.

Hotel is very close to train station, the train takes you to city centre in 15 minutes - which is perfect! The breakfast was very good with lots of options, rooms were clean and comfy. Check in was very quick and easy.

The hostel is located near the train station. The hotel has everything you need. There are vending machines with food and tea.

I liked the simplicity of the hotel.The parking spot was on the same floor as our room so we could easily carry our luggage to the room.The lobby was quiet and calm, with low-volume relaxing music playing in the background. It was actually surprisingly comfortable to spend time in the lobby.The room was small but included everything I needed. My visit was simply for a place to store luggage and sleep, as I was busy for most of the day.The hotel breakfast was good; average. Nothing luxurious but still nice. It was a smaller breakfast buffet and it didn't include all the options you commonly see (which I actually enjoyed because many hotel breakfasts today come with too many options, which I don't eat anyway).

Here are things I didn't appreciate:There was no clear sign for the hotel.The booking specified the hotel name as "Sure Hotel by Best Western" when we arrived the only sign was "Connect Hotel", therefore I had a little difficulty finding the entry.I eventually found myself in via a printed A4 sheet of paper taped on the door saying "Sure Hotel".To my surprise the hotel turned out to be three stories up, as indicated by arrows printed on additional A4 sheets taped to the walls. All of this was, in my experience, unusual and it felt exaggeratedly cheap.The staff barely talked to me when I arrived, they were busy on their computer. I had to check myself in via an iPad mounted on the counter, then i had to create my own hotel key-card. If I wanted to buy a drink for example I had to grab it from a refrigerator (like you would find in a gas station or supermarket) and pay for it with a wall mounted display (like at IKEA).Quite a funny experience. Not impressive at all if you appreciate service; perfect for introverts I guess.All in all I liked the hotel for its comfort and simplicity, apart from the lack of actual signs. I got quite a careless impression from the staff, it didn't bother me personally but it didn't feel inviting as a guest.

Nice and clean room. No noise from any humans or cars. Good ventilation. Good breakfast. I will most likely visit it again.

A short walk from a station, I didn't expect much as from other reviews and was plesantly suprised. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.Breakfast was really the best, plenty of everything, really tasty, 10 from 10.

It was nicely decorated and comfy.

The smell in the hallway, but the rooms were not like this. Also the heating was off in the room.

The location is amazing and breakfast is great and of a wide variety. The staff is excellent and super helpful and friendly. I had a couple of questions and requests that they handled amazingly.

My room was a windowless room with a shared bathroom, and it was super small. However I knew this when I booked but didn’t have any other options available since I booked super last minute. Their other “normal” rooms are great, which I know because this is my second time staying here!

Very easy to get to the city centre (10 min by train). The breakfast was good for being included in the stay. The beds were comfortable.

The property was not clean. The carpet was full of stains, under the bed there was a lot of dust and the bathrooms were very dirty most of the time. The room itself was so small that two people could barely fit inside. The main issue tho is that you can hear everything outside, every time someone closes a door, walks through the corridor and everything. Don’t stay here if you’re a light sleeper.
