Breakfast was excellent! Location great!

Room ventilation, and bathroom shower floor - towel for mat would be soaking much of time because the floor didn't have much slope to drain.

Location was great. Close to a lot of interesting places. It got noisy outside at night. We were not able to close one of the windows. The minibar was not fully stocked when we arrived.The breakfast was great.

Although the front staff was friendly they did not seem to care too much about their work.

Wonderful hotel even if is a little out dated but that is his charm and having all the facilities necessary and the location makes you to forget the little things. It is a must to have breakfast, is very good and fresh.

The breakfast was very tasty and varied, the location was great, beds maybe too soft, one night was ok.

The bathroom was very strange, the shower room was separated from the room by a glass wall and it was only possible to pull a thin comletely transparent curtain in front - this meant that when standing under the shower you were like on a stage :) I organized a temporary curtain from a daybed. You should definitely solve this problem, there was a curtain rod there, it should still be possible to pull the opaque curtain in front when you are under the shower.

The room was super clean and very spacious, with an additional entrance hall. The bathroom was huge, the amenities all amazing. It has been one of the best hotel ever! The breakfast was included in price and was great! The location was close to the train station and market, in a very good neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and polite, answered every question and helped us leave our luggages for few hours there after check out.

There was nothing negative or something we didn't like.

Good location, fabulous breakfast, quiet and cozy

Breakfast was great

We had a window room on the street side. I picked this hotel for its location in Stockholm as well as price and breakfast inclusion. Honestly I think the street side rooms should have a disclaimer for the noise. It was so incredibly loud until 3 AM and again at 6 AM for trucks that I barely slept. Maybe better windows, heavier curtains could help? Seriously, it was so loud even with the earplugs that were provided.

The room was clean, very comfortable bed that we slept really well, the temperature in the room was good, the rest room floor was warm too. We made the right choice of the courtyard side as it was very quiet. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, I love the meatballs, smoked salmon & pickled herring. Staff was friendly, special mention to Mona & the other Filipina from Rizal at breakfast, and Tova for promptly responding to my queries before check-in. One-time complimentary water bottles are also appreciated. Tap water was potable & good and hot water pressure was strong. Big enough safe to store a 14-15 inches laptop. Fast check-in & check-out ??

There was no towel rack, just like in majority of hotels.

- a good variety for breakfast; fresh and yummy food- comfortable mattress but too soft for a long night sleep; not suitable for people with back pain - location very close to Gamla Stan- a large range of soap, lotion, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner

- the wifi did not work in our room; there was an issue with the range of the signal which hasn't been solved.- the floor was a bit dusty; could be cleaned better- our room was next to a pub which was open til 1AM so it was very difficult to fall asleep

Good breakfast. Great location. Clean facilities. Very nice and helpful personel.

Lack of privacy. The bathroom and shower had glass doors, anyone using the bathroom could be seen by someone just opening the room door or by anyone in the "living room". Bathroon smell was not good. Wifi was very slow. Furniture finishes could be better.

Hotel is pet friendly. Didn't show that during the booking. We don't go to hotels with pets. They are usually dirty/dirtier. AC unit in the rooms didn't work very well. Rooms were unusually hot in the last floor, although we asked for a lower floor. People attending breakfast were rude, and not very friendly. I'm sorry if you don't like your job. Look for another one. One of the rooms had the water drains clogged. Disgusting. All bathroom was flooded. Location is good.

people working in the hotel. c'mon people. You work in hospitality business!! Be more friendly. You are treating customers like delinquents. We go to the hotel so you can pay your bills.

The location is brilliant, very central. Lovely breakfast and very dog friendly.

Internet in the rooms was not reliable and the beds were too soft for our liking.

No smart t.v.

The location is fantastic and was very close to the metro station and several bus stops. It's also very walkable with so many restaurants, bars, shops in 10-15 minutes walking distance or less. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great. The breakfast was surprisingly robust and had plentiful vegan and gluten free options with dedicated stations. There were vegan overnight oats, sausage, tofu scramble, cheese slices, pepperoni, Kalles paste, butter, vegan yogurt, soy milk, muesli, and even a brownie on one morning. The room was clean and the bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The concierge was very receptive and available 24/7 which was nice. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel as a solo female traveler.

I'm glad I was traveling alone because there was no way to shut the bathroom door. There were sheer curtains and a sliding wooden door that covered the glass shower, but moving it to cover the bathroom entrance just exposed the shower, so there was no way to truly shut the door and have complete privacy. This could be an issue depending who you're traveling with. Also no early check-in was available.
