The bathroom was to small for my 6’3’’ husband and he hit his head on the beams several times.

The hotel has an amazing location, it's close to multiple bus and subway stops. It has a very unique decor, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast had a generous selection and a cozy setting. There was also a bar with jazz on Saturdays and a homey sitting area for guests.

The windows in the room were very small and inaccessible, therefore there was little natural light in the room.

The place old fashioned, historical, and good-designed. The staff was so kind, helpful. The breakfast has various kind. The location is in center.

They offer free coffee and tea all day every day at the lounge area - that was a very nice touch. Decent breakfast. Location close to the center, grocery stores, restaurants and metro station. Helpful staff.

Our room was close to the kitchen which opened early and disturbed our sleep. The issue was fixed promptly - we were given another room.

The location was terrific and the metro was close by.

The heated tile floor in the bathroom wasn’t functioning and the bathtub leaked. But these were not deal breakers.

Close to the metro, the breakfast was very good, very clean and comfortable and a great value.

Good variety for breakfast.location good walking distance to lots shops and restaurants ,beside metro good access to all parts of city .Would recommend hotel to friends and family. As it was our first time in Stockholm our city break was very enjoyable

Great breakfast, kind staff, wonderful location

The room was very noisy , next to kitchen , next to bar area of hotel, and employee’s toilet . The wi-fi did not work. There was no heating . On request a heater was provided .

The location is so perfect that you can explore main areas of Stockholm by just walking from the hotel. The breakfast was possibly the best I’ve seen in European hotels. The room was always kept clean, and the staff was super helpful.

The only negative was the heating in the room didn’t work, and I learned from the reception that the municipality doesn’t provide heating unless they deem it necessary. However, they fixed the issue by providing me with an electrical heater during my stay, so it’s all good.

Excellent location near the subway. Superb breakfast buffet. Friendly, attentive front desk staff.

As expected, my room was small. However, the floor was in disrepair, with nails protruding and splinters exposed.Although they have a menu, the bar is not really expecting guests to order dinner and eat there. There are very few seating options.

The location is perfect in the heart of the city with numerous cafes and supermarkets just 3-5 minutes away. Metro station is also near.The staff is really helpful, the rooms are clean and there is complementary tea/coffee at the lobby.The breakfast is okay.

The price is high but this is Stockholm, so it is kind of understandable. There is no fridge in the room, and the heating was off (this is centralized and the hotel cannot turn it on manually), though the staff was very helpful and organized a heater in a very short period of time.

Excellent hotel for visiting Stockholm thanks to its privileged location, fantastic staff (thanks to Guido for his wonderful help!), impressive breakfast, and captivating facilities (including the Jazz bar). Highly recommended!

Excellent location near shops, restaurants, park & loved the balcony room, good gym.

Humble breakfast, neither great nor terrible.

At a first glance the hotel seemed nice, and the staff was friendly and allowed for early check-in. The following, however, deducts from the overall rating and means I won't be coming back again:- The room was freezing at night with no way of increasing temperature- Bathroom was not cleaned properly when I arrived (see picture)- No "do not disturb" or "do not clean" sign to hang on the door- The shower enclosure was useless at keeping the water from getting everywhere on the bathroom floor- Internet connection dropped multiple times

Changing from room near kitchen to the Garrett on 3rd floor was the best exchange. I loved 1304. Thanks

Nice place with a good atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Frindly staff.

The room window was literally looking at the breakfast area and was not openable.

It was very comfortable. I liked the view from the balcony and the buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I did not have any problems.
