Breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was clean and pleasant to be in.Of course location is perfect, too. Both for Stockholm access and availability to south of Stockholm.

Good, if u get the right room.

We got the wrong room. Paid extra for “sea view” room and got what according to the receptionist is called “garden view”. After insisting that this is not the same (obviously!) we got moved to a sea view room that was empty. The receptionist although never asked sorry for the mistake although he tried initially to convince us that the sea view is the same as a garden view (!!?).

Fantastic location with the sea view. Very clean and super nice staffs. They also have J-Restaurant 5 min walk from hotel and the food was also amazing.

What disappointed us was that there was not any bottle water in the room, so you had to take the tap water in the middle of night !!The mini-bar was empty and we we re very sass

Weather ;-) The TV program was very limited and did not include a music channel or radio music channel (at least not an international one). Unnecessary towel replacement.

Quiet location and a cosy historical building. City center accessible conveniently by bus or ferrry. Nice waterfront views through the room window. Good breakfast. Comfortable Nattiluxe bed.

Room was cold in the end of November, we had to use the additional heater all the time, and it was only bearable. Too strong ventilation of the bathroom, constant draught of cool air.

It’s in a very nice area and not far from Stockholm. The facilities were clean. Loved the sauna! The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The room was newly remodeled and modern. I want to come back.

There wasn’t an outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. The phone was broken.

Everything. The staff were amazing and accommodating, which was helpful due to evolving and changing plans.

The car parking was a little confusing. But after talking with staff, managed to sort it out.

The people working were very nice and accomodating. The breakfast was super, many choices, from salty to sweet.

The hotel has a great view of the water, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is strong. Breakfast offers many fresh juices, which is great.

Had a bad experience from dinner at the J restaurant, suffered from severe food poisoning throughout the night, was happy that the bathroom floor was heated...

The location is beautiful and peaceful. I loved the simple serene and clean design of my room. It was very quiet at night. Special thank you to the 2 wonderful ladies that helped me check in and arranged for last minute spa and massage reservations at Njuta spa nearby.The house where the breakfast was served was spectacular. I really enjoyed starting my day with a water view. The Sauna under the house was quite magical and enjoyable and very unique. Unforgettable experience all around. Thank you.

The cleaning staff on my floor started vacuuming and cleaning very early and made noise but after I asked for quiet they accommodated.

It was very clear, well equipped and cozy. Location is awesome, very quiet and nice surroundings. Perfect breakfast and very helpful personnel.

Nothing really.No milk in room for my tea, but I simply asked staff and was given milk and two large mugs. I just topped up my milk from breakfast daily.

Accommodating and friendly staff, property is exceptionally clean and well maintained, love the relaxing and calm atmosphere and emphasis on wellbeing without the usual price tag. The beautiful setting along the waterfront and ability to invoke wellbeing practices with such simplicity makes this property special.

We booked the split level suite which was really nicely appointed but there really should be water in the rooms, we missed that.
