It was perfect for us

We stayed as a family of three and had a wonderful experience. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay, and everything met our expectations. The breakfast pleasantly surprised us, it was delicious, very varied, and of excellent quality.A special highlight is the location, absolutely beautiful and perfect for enjoying Stockholm. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good location and fair breakfast in a cozy space.

Quadruple room's sofa bed is not comfortable at all.

Location close to city centre and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is ok.

Room given to us was not spacious for 3 people (luggages also took up space), bathroom was also very small, room was on the first floor having traffic noise in the morning etc.

Very good place, a lot of food places, stores, etc in a walking distance. Very clean and tidy, spacious room (we booked a family room for four adults). Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Excellent staff, very kind and very helpful. The breakfast was very good too. The location fantastic. Very central and just some minutes walk from everything. And if you want longer distances, metro, busess etc. was very close. Nica hot water all the time in the bath.

I would like to be some warmer in the rooms. It was very cold days when we visit Stockholm, so would be nice to be some warmer in the room. Wasn`t bad though.

Excellent location near the bus station and train station, 10-minute walk. Lots of places to eat nearby. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the cosiness of the reception area. Powerful strong shower.

Had no hot water in the basin in the bathroom but did not bring it to their attention as I was only there one night. Room 312.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was situated right on the main shopping street, which made everything very convenient. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was not particularly cozy, but it was spacious. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of options. Everything we needed was available, and our stay was very pleasant.

The water pressure in the shower was weak, and it took quite a long time for the water to get warm. The room also did not have air conditioning.

Centrally located on the main walking promenade in City Centre, the hotel exceeded my expectations by the level of service extended to me during my stay. As a Disney-leader in hospitality, the hotel provided excellent service even at a budget-friendly price point. The beds were extremely comfortable, roomy enough for my needs, and the included breakfast offered everything one would want. Will def stay here again on my next visit to Stockholm.

Minor noise from the neighboring cafe but was moved to a more quiet room which was perfect.

The room was cleaned regularly. The spacious and airy rooms were very nice. Even though we arrived before check-in time, we were given our room immediately. This made us very happy.

It would be nice to have a coffee vending machine for breakfast, offering options like latte and cappuccino.

The location is great! Very close to the shopping street, city metro, and the central station. However the hotel is quiet and no disturb at all! Receptionists, maids, staffs are very friendly and helpful. I visited Stockholm in winter and I felt cold. So I asked the reception and they gave me a portable heater to my room which was very helpful and kept me warm in the night. It’s also the reason I booked one more night here when I extended my stay in Stockholm. Thank you for warm welcome and all comforts you provided!

Not really. Only the room maybe small for the people who need space. But it’s ok for me because I rarely stay at the room. And the reasons I decided to book this hotel are to save my budgets and to go around the central conveniently. From what I got, it’s very worth!

It seems like they really try to listen to reviews and work on their amenities accordingly. My room was warm, a lot (but not all) of the furniture in my room looked quite new, and breakfast was pretty good - all things previous reviews had me wary of.

I would rather have a tea kettle and a little coffee/tea in my room than fancy bodywash.
