I liked everything about this hotel¿the nice lobby to spend time in, the friendly, helpful staff, the room and shower, and the location was great too¿you could either take the tram right outside the door, or have a nice walk to Sodermalm and other areas

Nothing I didn¿t like.

The location is perfect if you are planning on using the Metro for transportation.The stop is literally steps from the door. We bought a 3 day unlimited pass and the Metro went EVERYWHERE in Stockholm! Even the castle, which is about 30 minutes out).

If you book on a specific website, breakfast is included. If not, it is about $10 each.No one tells you that beforehand.

It was at very good location for public transportation

It would be better to have a fridge in the room. The air conditioner was not working properly to give hot air in the room and staff provided an extra heater.

The breakfast was disappointing. 150 sek per person and it was just some Bread, cheese, yoghurt and boiled eggs. Definitely not worth 150 sek. You can get better breakfast for the same price closeby.

The breakfast was good and overall it was a good value for the price.

One of the hotel staff (a women with dark hair) rudely interrupted my family and I in the lobby. It was our last night in town and we just wanted to grab something quick to eat and go up to our room and get packed so we grabbed takeout from the Mexican food restaurant around the corner. We brought it back to the lobby and ordered two beers to go with our dinner we had all of our takeout boxes opened and we’re eating when she rudely told us that we need to close everything up and go up to our room that we could not eat in the lobby. This is ridiculous. We had just purchased a beer and the hotel does not serve dinner so it’s not like we were bringing food into an area where we could’ve purchased food from the hotel.

- Breakfast was sufficient, with good and varied options.- The staff were kind and helpful.- Very close to bus and train stations.- There are several partner restaurants near the hotel that offer discounts for guests.- The room was very clean.- The room was large enough for 2 people.

- We placed an order at one of the partner restaurants and were going to order drinks from the bar while we ate, but they wouldn't allow us to consume anything that hadn't been purchased at the bar (the bar only sells snaks).- The cleaning staff did not carefully check what needed to be changed/replenished: for 2 days they took our towels and did not replace them; there was no toilet paper (there was none in the morning, they went to the room and did not replenish it), on another day they left only 2 face towels instead of bath towels, etc.

there was no locker in the room. Even though we hadn't checked out of the hotel, the receptionist, whose name I can't recall now, wouldn't let us have coffee and sandwiches on the seating at the entrance. Even though we explained that we were hotel guests, she said that area was reserved for guests having breakfast. Yet, for the four days we were staying, everyone else had comfortably eaten their own food in our area, without having eaten the hotel breakfast. We couldn't understand this behavior toward us.

Everything I needed to enjoy a lovely stay. A bonus is that the tram stop is in front of the hotel, and a supermarket is next door. I decided to add breakfast to my reservation, and it was worth it. Great value for money, lots of options, always full, and a lot of choice for dairy-free or gluten-free. The free coffee always available in the lobby was a nice touch. Easy to get to the arena as it is two tram stops away. Even though the hotel was bustling and almost every room full, it didn't feel that way in the lobby. If I ever return to Stockholm, then I would book again.

The room was very clean, except they missed a bedside table that had crumbs when we arrived. I got the impression it was just easily missed. A quiet neighborhood and mostly new, also really quiet at night, as there are many offices around. It made it difficult to judge safety while walking at night in one direction. Excellent public transport, but you do need to change to another tram to get to the centre/ old town.

Loved the price and quality ratio and the location was excellent for us, near some of the music venues and arenas

Flooring in the room

It was very clean. There is a tram stop in front of the motel and you can go to metro by walking for 10min or one stop by tram. Amazing location. Also very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are enough for two messy girls :). Everything was amazing. 10/10

Very close to city center (1 tram stop, 3 metro stops) around 15 mins trip. 20 mins to central station.Room was clean.Even if the hotel is very big and close to main road and canal, it's very quiet and you can rest with no loud noises from other guests.

Room temperature is low and cannot be adjusted. very common in swedish hotels.The room is not very big, so if you are staying more than 3 days it may be too small for you.

Room was good size enough to open your luggages, table, hooks on the wall. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet.

There was not much space in the bathroom, and around the sink, but for one night it was ok.

I enjoyed my stay .. the location was perfect station just in front ,.. groceries market on the left side plus a coffee shop .. they offer free water coffee and tea at the reception .. I was not able to check in early it was a busy weekend but I could leave my bag there before check-in and even after check-out .. everyone was super nice and helpful at the reception.

My issue was that you cannot open the window and air out the room .. and the bed was not that comfortable too soft for me.

-The location is good about 20min to Gamla stan tram+metro-Free water, Coffee and tea- 25% off for some nearby restaurants, not the best food I tried one it wasn’t good

No feet towel in the room, Breakfast is included when you book via there site if not 125 SEK per person which was a bad deal for me I wish booking included also the breakfast in the price

The property is in a great location, right next to a tram station. It’s only a 15-20 minute ride away from Gamla Stan,by taking take the tram for one stop and then the metro. There’s also a supermarket and a pharmacy just around the corner. The staff was really friendly, but that’s about it.

The room was freezing! I complained to the staff, but all they did was tell me to turn off the fan at the central air conditioner atmy room. We found a couple of hairs on our clean sheets, and they smelled awful. The cleaner was touching the dirty and clean towels and sheets wearing the same gloves. We also had a problem with the sink - it wasn’t drying the water. We told them about it, but they didn’t do anything. So, we couldn’t wash our hands without the sink being full of water.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The location is very convenient – it's close to public transport and right next to a bus stop. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay.
