Great location and attentive staff. Quaint interiors

Breakfast could be elevated a bit.

Free upgrade to apartment. Also we told staff we were leaving before breakfast. They took the effort to prepare us a special meal before we left.

This hotel is a gem. The location, the room, everything is so nice and cute. I highly recommended.

Afternoon tea. And how responsive the front desk staff was. They improvised and found a solution to the fact that there were no outlets next to the bed to plug in my breathing machine.

No electrical outlets near the bed.

Very central. Nicely eccentric and opposite of a chain hotel. Super staff.

Room was very small. Not made up/cleaned during day. Not quite warm enough. Breakfast buffet ok if not exciting.

The location was great - we didn't even realize how good it was at first. The breakfast was nice and everybody that worked at the hotel was helpful - very happy with our choice. The heated floors in the bathroom was a big plus as well!

Maybe just include the sauna with the hotel?

Really lovely hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was a smaller selection than other hotels, but was really delicious and turned out to be exactly enough! The rooms felt large and interiors felt personalised and a lot of details and effort went into the styling. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room. Such a great location, right in the heart of Gamla Stan. It was a 30 second walk to the palace so we were able to pop out and see the changing of the guards at a moments notice which was really cool.

The only thing I can think of is cost - but I feel like everything in Scandinavia is quite expensive, so compared to the rest in the area it was adequately priced.

The front desk lady, Zara, was amazing! When we checked in, she spent a considerable amount of time recommending restaurants and places to visit in the Gamla Stan (old town) area of Stockholm. Gamla Stan is a great area to stay in; very historic and scenic.The breakfast buffet was also excellent and the staff really friendly.It was obvious that the owners of the property spent a great deal of time and effort decorating the hotel with interesting and well placed antiques throughout the property.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The staff were all nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfy with a heated floor in the bathroom and the included breakfast was yummy with gluten free options :)

Breakfast was very good, staff really helpful and all hotel really unique with so many interesting decorative details. Location is perfect.

Good location, nice breakfast, lovely staff and my room was excellent! Historical building with high celings and charming decor, lots of antiques. Especially liked the old school room keys! Cute detail that all rooms have flowers on the doors as well as numbers. Will book again!

I’m sleeping like a log myself, but if you’re a light sleeper take note: Old Town has cobbled streets & tourists have wheeled suitcases, that combo equals noice. Old Town is not a museum, people actually live there so waste collection might happen early in the morning & there is a church next door that does it’s thing with the bells.

Location was perfect located in the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully decorated with memorabilia and the staff were happy and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding and extensive.

Great location in Gamla Stan. Charming, historic hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful when we had questions. Hotel was quiet and cozy.

Bathroom was quite small but it was clean and the shower was fine. That is to be expected in such an old building.

We arrived a bit early and we hoped to drop off our bags but the room was ready so they checked us in.

The breakfast room was very crowded and the hot breakfast was not great. Scrambled eggs were dry and appeared microwaved.

A very characterful, and distinctive...

The room was very 'compact' - even small. But it is a historic building, so limited by the structure. The bed dominated the small room and left almost no room at the side to get into bed!
