The reception team was very flexible and helpful. Breakfast variety was satisfactory and the service team were pleasant. Room was clean.

Room was tiny and there were self contained options elsewhere. Also the pod machine wasnt under the bed which was the last place I looked.

Good location and stunning beautiful views of the Slussen ports and ships. Walking distance to the old town and nearby attractions and boat cruising around the archipelago of Stockholm. Had the chance to experience heavy snowfall and foggy mist across the archipelago. Unforgettable yet memorable experience!Thank you to 3 great staff of Reisen like Bandit and Buslov of the Cafe Reisen and Ocsana from the housekeeping team. Grateful to have the reception lady who checked us out on Jan 16 and the 2 gentlemen who checked us in on Jan 4. Thank you for your great hospitality!

No big ones anyway…..

Wonderful location for exploring, room was beautiful, we had large comfortable bed, bathroom with separate bath plus a sauna. Staff all friendly and really helpful, made our stay special. It is a nice hotel and lots of good options for breakfast. We will definitely be returning.

The location is very good. Close to ferries to museums and for walking around the old town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Spa was lovely Breakfast was great.

Excellent location, excellent staff, old building but modernised rooms A really good choice for exploring gamla stan.

A little bit of noise late at night or early in the morning in the narrow lane behind the hotel so if the room window was open you would hear it. But gamla stan has narrower lanes and streets than other districts.

Perfect location, we walked everywhere or took a water taxi. A little small but very clean room, comfortable bed and super friendly and helpful staff. Let us check out later and the breakfast was fantastic.

The breakfasts were great and the view of the waterfront is amazing - with a huge Christmas tree and decorated boats as a bonus!

Occasional smells of drains, and would be good to have a shelf in the bathroom for placing toiletries (plus one or two extra hooks).

On arrival I had requested a quiet room on a high floor. Iwe were given a low floor beside the lift. We asked to move.

Room was lovely but did not eat in the hotel as only there for 2 days

No time to try the spa but that was out fault
