Breakfasts were fantastic!

Central and warm with good breakfast

Booked for 3 adults did not realise this was a sofa bed as 3rd bed . Was a bit disappointed as it was for an adult.

We liked the location, there restaurants, bars etc near the hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom also, and the breakfast was excellent too. All the staff at the reception was very helpfull. It was a nice stay and we will come back.

The breakfast was quite bad.. No refilling, the bread was hard e.tc.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and showers old. Noise from other guests also quite disruptive, maybe have established quiet hours be enforced. Lost a few hours sleep due to noise!!

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The personnel were really helpful and polite. The beds were really comfy, and the rooms were clean. There was quite a variety and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel and rooms were really warm during my winter visit.

Breakfast was truly amazing. Location was also very good, would recommend this hotel mostly for the location.

Furniture in the room seemed old and overused. The toilet seat was made out of plastics and had scratches and stains.

Room was very small for family of 4. Top bunk mattress was nonexistent. Unable to adjust room temperature.

Conveniently located close to the city center

We were assigned a room in ground floor, we could hear both people outside and inside the hotel, all door closing, plus the ice machine just outside our door.

Location was great and the gym was very good. A very hearty breakfast!

It was noisy at night from pedestrians on the street

The 2 gyms, basketball court, sauna and always free coffee or tea was great. Staff was very polite too.

According to my Booking.com reservation, I booked a standard room with one double bed and one extra bed. Upon arrival, I was assigned a budget room instead—without a window (a television was installed in place of a window) and furnished with four folding beds, which was clearly not what I had reserved.When I requested the correct room, the administrator falsely claimed that I had booked the budget room and stated that the photos on Booking.com were not the hotel’s responsibility. Although I was later promised a standard room, I was instead given a single room that could not accommodate three guests.When I requested a refund, the administrator again provided misleading information, claiming that I must contact Booking.com, despite the fact that I paid the hotel directly upon arrival.I ultimately left and booked another nearby hotel, where I received professional and appropriate service.

Great location and breakfast! The gym is good but is currently going through renovations.

The baby cot was old and broken and when we reported this to the front desk we expected them to bring us another one - they did not.

Breakfast was excellent, the whole hotel was clean and really quiet, staff was ready to help with any questions we had

Beds could be a bit more comfier

The location was good, an easy walk from the very centre. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was a typical one for a hotel like this, but rather good. I did not have time to try it out, but apparently there was a gym and a sauna, which is always a plus.

I missed a coffee machine which could have made capuccinos, at breakfast. Some more fruit would also have been welcome at breakfast. There was not much of a view from the window, even if we had a room on the 9th floor.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Staff helpful and kindly order a taxi for onward travel and allowed luggage storage with no issue.

Area the hotel is situated in was well served by a Tube station less than 5 minutes walk away. However, a little far out from central train station when we arrived in full packs ~ 25 minute walk.Traveling with teen children and the neighbouring establishments gave us pause to think we'd made a mistake. However the hotel itself felt safe and there were other family groups at breakfast.

The staff is very helpful and polite. The hotel is great value for money.

There was an issue with the cleaningness of ghe room when we arrived, but it was resilvd immediately.
