Sheraton Stockholm Hotel

Location to central station, and restaurants near by. We got in near to midnight and hungry so it was a good perk.

The willingness to help us stay save. Such as getting a save taxi ride.

Excellent location, only a short walk from the central station which is ideal if coming from the airport into Stockholm city. Location is also good for shopping, food and other tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Super clean space.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so unfortunately not all facilities were available to us and I was only made aware of this after booking which was just a pity.

Maybe the hotel should be more informative about the construction works going on right outside.

I received an Email from Helga (Events Manager @ the Sheraton Hotel) advising us off an exclusive New Years Dinner at the Sheraton Hotel during our stay. It wasn't cheap but with it being New Years Eve, we thought why not. 5 course meal with a Wine package for every course, set in the upstairs dining area with fantastic views of Stockholm's 12 - o'clock Firework display. Instead we were given a small area of the downstairs bar, poor lightening a 5 course meal that missed out some of the key ingredients even though when the chef came out to explain he did not know what he was to cook and could only cook with what he had !!. Below standard for a Hotel with a rating of BEST Hotel in Stockholm. Our wine package we ordered never turned up and our Quail was returned twice for being cold a bloody lousy meal. On a positive note we did get a 50% discount off our meal, but it wasn't worth even paying for anything that night. Spoiled our New Years night as we could have went somewhere else for the celebrations.

Everything about the place is amazing, including location.Even though they are going to renovations it didn’t bothered us at all.Amazing breakfast.

The position was brilliant- close to the city centre, close to Old Town, close to all amenities with the tram stop directly opposite the front doors & Stockholm Railway Station 150/200 mtr walk only, making it perfect for any and all adventures.

LOL hunting for the hair-dryer that we found after adking inside a small white linen bag on top of the room safe, but we had hung our huge Winter Lapland coats over it!!

We stayed in one of the new rooms which were gorgeous. Very high quality and slept so well! Nice robes and amenities. Free umbrella for snow season too!

There were renovations going on at the property but this didn’t affect the quality of the stay

Excellent location and great views on the Lake side rooms. Was a stone‘s throw away from Gamla stan and the City Hall is few minutes by foot. More importantly, the central station is just around the corner.

The location was great and despite all the roadworks, this did not affect the Hotel for us. We loved staying here with the fluffy robes and slippers, large TV and all other modern amenities.

Professional Service. Cleaning. And with-in distance to any nearby attraction by walk.

In principle, the hotel including service, cleanliness, room (!) and breakfast was great.

However, currently, construction work were conducted and distracted us from sleeping in including noon-time. This would have been our primary wish, since we travelled for competing in a sports competition.

Greeted by the concierge team with a warm welcome. The location is fabulous for Central station, catching the Arlanda Express to and from the Airport in 18 mins, Old Town, Christmas market and shopping. Being able to store our luggage on Check-out. We had room service both nights of our stay. Our attendant was wonderful and remembered our request from the previous night. Had a conversation and asked questions of our travels. We appreciated his interest.

Receptionist on check-out had no personality. I advised her that we could hear banging well before 7am. A slight spilt of her lips. The room needs a good dusting plus more lighting it is too dark especially when it is dark at 3.30pm in Winter.
