    • We stayed here as a group and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed, which we truly appreciated since some of us are still minors. The communication was excellent. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed—the fridge was a big plus, the shower was decent, and the air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool. We also enjoyed watching the Olympics on the TV. A great place for a group stay!
    • Big room good service and good breakfast
    • Price and staff.

    Cons -

    • On the downside, the location is a bit far from the city center, about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station and the neighborhood didn't feel like the nicest or safest area at night. Also, we couldn't open the windows, and the shower leaked slightly, so we had to wipe the floor. However, everything else was great, and we would still recommend it!
    • No Netflix or movie
    • Pillow to small.

Pleasant and helpful staff, clean facilities, very cheap and close to the city (only 3 stops with metro), the breakfast was nice.

There were noises at nights, both from the doors being automatic doors that slammed back shut every time someone opened the door which woke you up at night and in the evening. Plus there was weird buzzing noise coming from somewhere in the room. I was unable to fall asleep without earplugs.

The location was okay. The breakfast was good and had options to choose from

The bathroom was smelling like dogs pee. I left the please make up room sign for them to clean it and they did not do it.

    Superb

There were sound from the toilet, something strange I don’t what but seems like if you don’t close the toilet door it will keep moving and making sounds that gives you a feeling that this place haunted

FREE BREAKFAST, big and cozy canteen. Everything was clean. Very good looking bathroom, comfortable chairs and small kitchen with a sink in the room. Nice and friendly 24/7 reception. You can buy food nearby.

Location is bad, poor public transport services, bus station next to the hotel doesn't take you to the city center. Best option is to walk by foot to the nearest railway station and take train, or you can order Bolt.

Basic amenities were met, electric kettle in the room for those who want to brew a beverage. Soap and towels were provided in the bathrooms, breakfast was awesome. Didn't use the telly but I can't only assume that it's a smart TV with loads of Swedish drama for those who are interested.

Property was clean and the breakfast was fine.

The place is not close to any metro stations. There are only bus stops, one in front of hotel and another one on the other side of the highway. Connectivity in the late evenings is limited because of this.

The bed mattress was still ok...

And now for the sad part. The hotel, if you can cautiously call it that, could rename itself "The world's smallest pillow hotel." A pillow measuring 30x30 cm... seriously? It wasn't the worst, but it was the first time I had to stay in a hotel located in a wholesale warehouse. But there is a positive side to it - you are guaranteed to wake up at 6:00 in the morning. The delivery trucks will take care of that. The view from the window is also depressing, because first of all, you won't be able to see anything due to the spotlights that are aimed directly at the building's windows. But there could be some good news here, because the lighting in the room is completely unnecessary; what's outside the window is enough. The windows don't open either. Not at all. They are not even designed to be opened. They are built in without handles. The good news is that no thief will climb in through the window. There is another problem in this regard... there is no fresh air either. And there is probably no ventilation in the building either, because when I entered the shower room, it smelled as if a large grizzly bear had just been there and someone had been very scared. Very scared. A couple more curiosities about the shower. Who would use the wheelchair-accessible toilet, which has been carefully built for this purpose, if the threshold to this room is at least 25 cm high? The first three times I went out, I forgot about it and hit my foot hard against the floor. There is a temperature regulator in the shower room. For what? The floor? Then why is it blocked and shows the temperature in Fahrenheit? A mystery. The room has a small shelf with a sink and a refrigerator. Nice. There is also an electric kettle for heating water. And... yes, no cups or spoons. Probably the thieving guests took them. They left only two glasses of whiskey. At least thanks for that.

    Very nice room, good brekfast.

    Need more towels

This hotel was not very guest friendly. No good morning and only reprimands. No pork and no dark bread. I would prefer the normal.

The attitude towards me as customer.

The rooms were great! Good size room! Complimentary breakfast was superb!! Hot, cold and different options on each front!! Fridge, private bathroom (was sizeable), beds were really comfortable!!! Friendly staff!! Parking was available at side of property - use the parking app

Pretty faultless to be honest - I would def stay here again!!!

Breakfast was good and enough. You could eat and drink whatever you want there. There were many kind of foods and drinks. I loved the orange juice a lot. The room was also nice and clean. Internet connection was great. Thx for hospitality.

I had a problem with the heating system in my room. Bathroom was warm but bedroom was really cold. I went to the receptionist to talk about the problem. He said that he would bring something up to my room. But he didn't. On the other side everything was nice and good.

    1HajihumedPosted on: 10-9-2025

    Nothing!

The receptionist was not helpful. Wi-Fi was not working. The AC was not working. The room was very warm we couldn’t sleep.

    2MilenaPosted on: 10-4-2025

    Should be cheaper, would not...

There was a hole in the bedroom wall and on the bathroom there was a big hole on the ceiling where you could see the pipes and everything. Also the room was really cold.

Good price, in general, pleasant staff, nice breakfasts, clean.

While the first receptionist, who welcomed me at 2am, was very polite and nice, the guy next morning wasn't. There was a mix up with my room and he tried to force me in a room without a window, while in the photo there was a queen bad and a window and in the description it said "city view", which implies there is a window. I had to make him call his manager, Ali (a very wise and polite man). Finally, they put me in a room, without a queen bad as in the pic, but at least with a window. After 5 days, the same receptionist shows up at my room, knocks on my door, disregarding "do not disturb" sign, and says "you have to move to another room, you have 40 minutes. Oh, they didn't tell you?" Who was supposed to tell me? You gave me this room! I am at the age to be his father, so I'd appreciated it if he didn't talk to me in that tone. This receptionist needs to learn some manners and respect. I didn't want to bring all of this while there, because I had other matters to deal with. All together, it is an OK place for the price, and I don't hold a grudge over what happened, the receptionist is young and inexperienced. But his management should have explained to him how to speak with guest.

The receptionists were very friendly...I really admire their hospitality with the guests. The breakfast was so nice and the hotel location from the downtown is good. Definitely, I'm booking it again on my next trip to Stockholm.

I was the one who cleaned and prepared my bed the whole five nights I stayed in the hotel room...
