The staff were all very warm and hospitable

Location was conveniently close to the convention centre where we had meeting. However, getting to downtown was not as convenient.

Service is excellent including breakfast.

Best location, close to the community train station nearby. From this station to Stockholm Central station only 8 min distance and every 5/7 min latter their is train.

Staffs and location were good, breakfast was average, parking is available and free. Cozy place. Price was affordable in comparison with other hotel chains.

Except daily bed sheets and towels, the other parts of the room like curtains, carpet, furnitures and floor were really dirty. Our room didn’t have air conditioner. All furnitures and other stuffs were old.

Location near the railway to the center, 8 minutes, and you arrive in Stockholm city, very convenient

The breakfast was average, cleanliness can be much better, especially the bed mattress; the beds were not very comfortable.

Great breakfast options, gluten free too! The staff were so kind. I didn’t catch the name of the night time attendant at reception but she was so lovely and very helpful! We had an early morning flight and she provided us with an early breakfast. I would highly recommend! Thank you so much for everything.

Nice, clean, and comfortable room.Breakfast was also nice. Location was perfect, only few minutes walk to train station.

Same breakfast options were served on all 3 days.

Last minute late booking was no problem with 24 hour reception. Luckily they had a room for a pet allowed. Nice and clean.

Hotel choice was based on pets allowed. There is no facility to say you are actually bringing a pet on Booking.com but the hotel require prior notification of pets coming because not all rooms are available for pets....

The location was great as it was near the train station, supermarket and some nice restaurants. We liked the breakfast as well.

I’d only suggest more fruits at the breakfast buffet and maybe some Nutella for the crepes :)

Very close to the train station

Unfortunately the breakfast service was very poor…. Nothing special was not offered to us as 4 stars hotel standard. So my children refused to eat breakfast for the rest of our stay. In our room we were not offered good facilities to charge our phones and laptops (no sockets) We paid expensive for nothing.

The beds were spacious and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is close to the train station, so it's easy to get around. The room has a kettle.

There was no AC in the room and it was very hot to sleep,even with an open window. It's also quite too loud outside due to trains and traffic to sleep with the open window. The breakfast is mediocre. No closet shelves. No safe.

Good hotel near Stockholm massan

The room was a bit old, heard it is going on renovation.The room was a bit cold.

Liked the location, next to the train station, 10 minutes to the center.The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, there was both a fridge and an iron. Good breakfast. Free parking.

The hotel doesn't look attractive from the outside, but everything is fine inside.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful! We really appreciated the location being so close to the train station and the lovely breakfast.

I’m currently pregnant, and when I arrived, the sofa bed collapsed as I laid on it, which made me feel quite scared during the night. It collapsed again in the morning — something was clearly wrong with the head of the bed. The staff did replace it and it was fine afterwards, but this level of safety issue is unacceptable and really needs addressing.

Staff was very kind and helpful. There is a children play room just next to the breakfast area.Commuter rail station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel feels very old and tired. Rooms although clean feel like they need urgent renovation.Breakfast options are very limited.Hotel is pretty far from the city center.

The breakfast should have more options as it seems that only a few items were placed.

I stayed at Best Western Royal Star, and it was an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and all essential amenities. The service was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.A major advantage was the private parking, which is rare and very convenient in Stockholm. The location was also excellent. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety.Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with excellent services, and I highly recommend it for a stay in Stockholm.
