The staff was very helpful and responsive to complaints.

The sheets were not clean. I asked them to change, they changed but still not clean.

- i like the food from Restaurant. very good pizza and pasta

- rooms very small (10-13 sqm on a double room with bathroom), very small place to take shower.- in single room no space near the bad. if you want to sit on the table to work on laptop, no chance- TVs very old , can't make connection with phone to make mirroring- water sewage from sink broken

The receptionist from Kurdistan was super professional and helped in every way he could. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the night guard is also the morning cook and receptionist Sunday morning, just FANTASTIC TEAM. The young girl was super nice as well and helpful. The room was clean and functional, the view was cool with snow. The cleaning ladies are nice and smiling and let me check out a bit later like half an hour, without a fuss. Truly appreciate everyone and the nice price on the application. Thank you all.

Nothing to complain about, everything was more than I expected. And for 70€ with the breakfast included it's a steal...

Unable to open a window for fresh air

The hotel, or rather the rooms, are in a good location - close to the subway station (only 3 stops to the Old Town, and only 4 stops to the Central Station, from where you can get to the airport). The room is relatively small, but the bed is comfortable. There is a kettle in the room, but there was only coffee to make, no tea. Breakfast was fine. Good coffee. There is a restaurant downstairs, but it is only open until 10 p.m.

The bathroom was fine, but water was leaking onto the floor from under the sink, and although we reported it to the reception, the fault was not repaired and we could not use the sink for the rest of our stay, which was inconvenient.

The hotel was well located and in walking distance to public transport and many of the sights of Stockholm. There was a pizzeria with good food in the building, which is convenient. The included breakfast was good and varied. There was some tea and coffee in the room. Room service comes on demand. The price-quality ratio was very good for this stay and the staff was very friendly.

Even though our room had windows, they went directly out to a pathway on ground floor, why we mostly had the blinds closed to have some privacy, so a room with windows isn't much of an upgrade. The breakfast was good, but the buffet is not changing between days. The rooms are not very soundproof and depending on the noise level in other rooms or adjacent apartments, you can hear voices. A small fridge would be a lovely addition to the room. Our shower dripped the whole time and left the bathroom grouts a bit mouldy.

Good for one person — the bed was comfortable and the location convenient.

Breakfast selection is the same each morning.

The room was checked every day by cleaning staff, if everithing is ok (ex. empty the trashcan, toilet paper refilled,…). We could leave our baggage for storage before check-in.Location is awsome, only two metro stations from the city centre.

Water was dripping from the shower.

Pillows much too soft.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. It was nice to have a restaurant on the property, and the breakfasts were very good! Ease of check in and check out.

The pillows in the rooms definitely need improvement. They are not supportive in any way. The elevator had it's moments where it would not work, although that was only the first day, so I am guessing the property had it repaired.

Friendly staff

No hot water, fan heater in the room, and staff walked into the room, peering around the door when I was on the toilet.

Was not spacious. Wash room was pretty small.

The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. It was fairly well located for my needs. I liked the character of the place downstairs. The bar and restaurant seemed to be busy but I didn’t eat there other than the included breakfasts.

The shower tiles, grout were really mouldy. It clearly isn’t cleaned properly between visitors and I would have worn flip flips in the shower if I had any with me. The toilet seat needed tightening it kept moving anytime you sat down and I couldn’t tighten it well enough by hand. The shower has a leak which I’m guessing is making the mould worse. The room is very small. Room for a single bed, your suitcases and that’s about it.

some young people may get drunk and can scream at night in the area. Not a big problem. Use earplugs or simply get used to it :)

Hotel above a restaurant, sharing the same entry. Check-in was a bit disorganized. Room quite small, but we did not expect much, honestly. The breakfast was okay, although quite low quality for Swedish hotels I've stayed at so far.
