Lovely warm welcome, friendly staff and a very easy stay. Extensive and delicious breakfast buffet.

Some noise transferred from other rooms (a crying baby) - seems to be through venting hatches but only temporary. May have been specifically for this room although wouldn’t discourage me from staying again.

Location was good—- close to the metro. Staff was superb at helping with any question. Food was great and saved trying to find places to eat. Compliments to the cook.

The shower always leaked under the door no matter what I tried to do.

Excellent and good variety breakfast. Good dinner buffet. Clean and comfy room. Homefeeling.

Bathroom needs renovation. Issue with plumbing, shower overflowing....

Wanted to point out NILS with great attitude and service oriented. Room 601 (Sunset Suite) - WOW. large, comfy, king size bed, espresso machine, two TVs, Sofa, the view of the city and roof tops. WOW!Room 402 - 'regular' was a bit small and beds less comfortable. Both rooms with balconies.

Room 402 - ah.Not a huge thing but we're used to more in-room amentias in EU hotels.

Feels like a hostel- towels and bedding not clean

Staff are not friendly and try to upcharge you to be in the main hotel building. This morning the staff were sitting in the breakfast area eating with guests which felt weird. The lobby isn’t very big, no bartender, you get your drinks from front desk area, feels more like a hostel. The hotel is next to a business center and large church, so I could hear concert goers late at night. Many nicer, more classy hotels closer to city center.

I especially liked the people working at Home Hotel Wellington From the very first night when I arrived both Anton and Nils were helpful and very nice. Isabella at the front desk in the day was always positive and helpful. Sebastian, as well as the ladies, in the dining area were helpful and made me feel welcome.My room was comfortable. Since I was traveling as a solo,, I was assigned a smaller room The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I had a nice view of the distant skyline behind a pretty line of buildings. My meals were included, good, healthy. I really enjoyed the dining area and lobby where I met people. The location was fantastic!I highly recommend Home Hotel Wellington. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are outdated and the shower leaks. WiFi was bad, I can only get signal in one part of the room.

Great location close to T Line, market and grocery stores. The provided meals were fantastic and healthy. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

The balcony needed cleaning.

Only ONE elevator for guests for the entire hotel! Not acceptable. Staff told us the second elevator needed repairs and they could not get repairs due to worker summer vacations. Then your hotel in Bergen had the same problem! Not credible!!!

Nice and cosy hotel in the heart of Stockholm. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful personel.Highly advised to visit it.

We stayed in the annex facility (The Wing) just around the corner. Great location. The Wing has very nice common sitting areas. Breakfast, afternoon fika coffee, and *included dinner* were all excellent!

The shower in our bathroom did not drain well due to improper floor slope. This room is supposedly due for a renovation.

More than generous breakfast and a dinner buffet (free!) with great vegetarians options.

Elevetor is quite small, not much to do about that.

Not a real problem but the bathrooms for regular rooms were small.

Hotel is located in Östermalm area which is very closed to Metro station and bus (57) and tram nr.7. It offers a very convenient offer of demi-pension with breakfast+dinner .

The bed matrass was soft and slippery.At breakfast place only one machine common for coffee and tea which was disrupted by cleaning program. For tea would be good to have some electrical boiler. Cups without handles for hot coffee and tea?! Impossible to carry and/or drink from them without burning your fingers. Dinner food need improvement in selection and menu. Understandable that it has to be cheap to cover costs , but there are a lot of recipes which can fulfil the requirement only needs some imagination and a good cook.

Close to everything, price is fair, quiet residencial area, friendly staff, very good buffet breakfast and diner!

Maybe elevator could be a bit small.

We where greeted by Alexander who assisted with our every request, Isabelle made us feel welcome in the morning, her flow I of conversation showed that had research where we came from and that we where only staying one night... we are already planning our next visit.

Friendly Staff, great breakfast, good location!

If you get asked about parking, TELL your customer that there is loading area outside to pick up the garage key with so they don't have to circle for 20 mins or par 10min walk away just to check in or get the key. Don't forget to mention to the customer that there is dinner included and when the times are.

breakfast was very good, ham, cheese, freshly cooked eggs to order, bread, juices coffee , pastries we could not complain about it, the beds were very comfy, the bathroom was clean , if we needed something they tried to meet the request, overall was good experience apart from dinner that was a bit of a let down

Dinners were okay, could be a little bit better also we travel with a toddler and the kids menu was not very good, boiled pasta with meatballs with ketchup on the side which was a bit disappointing

The hotel is located very close to Östermalms Torg. My room was not in the main hotel, but on Skeppargatan, in a former apartment which has been rebuilt to have about 10 rooms, a living room, a breakfast kitchen and a breakfast room. The single room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but old.

My room was next to the kitchen and the walls / door eas thin. Being woken up by the breakfast preparation at 6:30-7:00 on a Synday morning when I planned to sleep in was very disappointing.
