Nice foyer but corridors and rooms poor. Breakfast ok

Rooms and corridors - decor needs refreshing. Rooms - facilities - air con which couldn't be adjusted, sealed windows, fan, iron and board all dropped into an open hanging area. No tea or coffee facilities. A free coffee from machine in foyer only if you joined hotel group - otherwise a paper cup at 3.5 euro to use machine

Breakfast was good.

The hotel is getting old and needs some refurbishing.No cleaning or change of towels ( 3 nights).Restaurant was closed on Sunday this is not good at this location.

we went for NHL hockey, so perfect location next to Avicii arena, great lobby - almost like a pub, sports equipment. Short distance walk is metro station Globen to the center and to Arlanda Express to the airport.

absence of refrigerator, not sure how to regulate a/c - seemed did not response to my orders, list of channels on TV - extremely boring without international channels , overpriced

Close to a mall and two arenas. There was a very good breakfast offered. There was a gym room that was ok.

The halls seemed to be beat up, not maintained. No lunch available. No extras in the room like tissue paper, lotion, etc.

Location is perfect for any event at Globen and convenient for the metro.Great lobby with games for kids and a nice bar for adults.

Bathrooms could be upgraded a bit with shampoos and conditioners and perhaps a different shower door.A bit expensive

very nice lobby and bar area. Plenty of room to meet with others, very inviting. Rooms were good size, Beds were comfortable. Excellent breakfast with plenty for everyone. Situated close to stadiums. Short walk to the Metro.

The facilities were really nice and the breakfast was also very good and varied. Easy connections to the city centre and great location, if visiting nearby arenas.

The service in the lobby was not particularly warm or welcoming. Especially considering the price, the room was also a little untidy. For example there were false eyelashes from the previous guest on the floor.

Stayed two nights. Front desk asked whether I’d like the room cleaned, but I only asked to change the towels. It wasn’t done.

Amazing location if you are going to a concert at 3Arena. Metro station a few minutes away and 10 minutes metro ride to city center. Hotel was clean, comfortable, breakfast - superb. Food store 1 minute away.

If you are not going to a concert maybe choose more central location, especially if you are planning to go back to the hotel late in the evening. Wasn't feeling very safe. Especially if you are a girl travelling alone.

I enjoyed how close it was to the event i was attending. I liked the design of the room.

Every time i used my sink, there was a really loud dripping sound for 5 minutes afterwards that seemed to be coming from within the drain. It echoed was hard to ignore. Also it was hot, but I was so thankful for the fan!

When I arrived, my room was not clean enough. The carpets were dirty and clearly not vacuumed. There was hair everywhere – on the floor and in the bathroom. The shower was clogged. I went down to reception to complain and was told it would be sorted within 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, but no one showed up. I had to leave for a concert.I went back to reception again before leaving and told a different staff member. I also mentioned that the corridor on floor 7 smelled like sweat and hadn’t been vacuumed. There were papers and other debris on the carpet.When I came back at 23:00, the room was still not vacuumed. I went down a third time and spoke to two men wearing black T-shirts and keychains – they looked more like janitors than proper reception staff. For a hotel of this standard, I expect staff to wear representative uniforms 24/7.I asked why my shower was still clogged. They said they’d send someone, but it was late. A man eventually came and fixed the shower, but when I asked about vacuuming, he said he didn’t have access to a vacuum cleaner.I was very disappointed. I paid for a room I couldn’t properly use. The reception is poorly managed – the queues are too long, staff are stressed, and clearly under pressure. No manager was on-site. The staff should also maintain better hygiene – floor 7 and the room where staff hang out smelled strongly of sweat.This was my second time staying here and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. This is not a quality hotel. It’s a budget hotel charging premium prices, and it smells bad.
