It’s close to the station and there is a bar just on the 1st floor

The room is too small. Like 10-12 m2 for 6 people and a bathroom. It’s too crowded for sure. Bathroom is also really dirty. And it is really hard to go to the upper bed. Nothing you can hold to climb up. Also the internet doesn’t work for my laptop. Everything you need to pay for it. I feel for this price, it doesn’t worth it.

the staff was rude. I have never seen a hostel that you can’t eat ANYTHING from outside. It’s not just the fact that there is no kitchen, but even if it’s winter and it’s -6•C outside, you can’t eat in the common areas. BUT you have the “amazing” option to buy a super overpriced marguerita pizza for 14 euros as the cheapest option that they offer. The bathroom inside the bedroom was complete dirty all times and no paper towel. The locker is also apart. Basically you dont have anything if you dont pay

The room was very nice and the facilities in general were very good. The staff was helpful and polite at all times. The location is also very good since it is so close to the train station.

The bar is relatively small and so when many people are there it is kind of crowded which is not pleasant. The breakfast options could have been a bit more.

Good value for money. Excellent location and facilities. Having a 24 x 7 reception is nice.

I did not like some of the roommates in my shared dormitory. Particularly an old guy was very grumpy. It is not the fault of the property however.

The location was convenient because it was near the bus, train and the city center.

The accommodation was not appropriate. I think while a locating accommodation you should consider gender for example male shouldn't be mixed with women.

4 example things that I like: - room has window can be open to ventilation the air- big windows to let sunlight into the room- the room concept colour- easy check in & check out

- I would like it better if towels were provided free without any extra fee- The information on website mentioned that the facilities are included hair dryer, but there was none at the room I stayed in

Everything was beyond my expectations and i would like to thank especially to the swedish lady and greek gentleman in the reception for service-friendliness, hospitality and kindness.

Location is very nice so close to t-centrallen and city bus terminal.

I prefer to be kitchen to eat food and there is no refrigerator, microwave

Bigger bed, bigger pillow

They had many areas to meet people: gameboards, pool table and a bar open until 1AM. In fact, the bar offered food and the prices were good, nothing crazy as I would have expected. Rooms have boxes underneath the bed that you can lock in in case you want to store your luggage.

I forgot my jacket in the pool table area and when I returned it was gone. I asked in the reception and in the bar and they basically told me that they do not have control of the people entering to the hostel and many clothes had been stolen from there. I insisted they should check the cameras and they said they cannot do it without a police stamement, which I found ridiculous. Due to their negligence, I lost. On the other hand, towels are available but not free. Similarly, if you check out but need to keep your luggage for a couple of hours, lockers are available but are not free.

The staff was very friendly, allowed me an early check in and let me keep my bags. The cafe is great, and so are all the facilities like economic luggage lockers, common WC, games and stuff.

There is very little I can fault. Maybe the check-out should be 11 am instead of 10, the beds should have some curtain possibly and finally the common WC can be bigger. But these are all things that will make it a 10/10 instead of the 9.5 that it already is.

Very dirty. The pillows and blankets are covered in yellow stains, I don't want to imagine what happened to them.

No kitchen or common areas to eat or stay outside the room which is absolutely crazy!Room was smelly the whole time, one of the roommates was there day and night and didn’t shower for a while I guess as was very smelly The toilet is never clean? I had to clean with the showerWhen I couldn’t handle the smells more I changed to an individual room

Constant private party’s in a hostel is a bit weird but there is space for others in different areas

The room was not clean daily so I had to go to the front desk to get dry towels and plastic bags to take the garbage out

Huge and central building, cleaner than almost all hostels I’ve seen and very professional staff, they have plenty of room to hang out downstairs as well.

There were so many rooms and I was the only female in my room for 2 days with 5 other guys. While in hostels we don’t have the luxury to choose maybe you can pay attention to ratio in rooms to accommodate your female travelers better.

The rooms were good and spacy enough with lockers. The lobby was nice to chill at and it was overall pretty ok.

Upon arrival I got denied access to the Womens Room I booked because the man didn't want me as a trans Women in a room with other Women. He also told me that I am clearly a man in his eyes and insulted in other ways. I never had such a bad hostel experience before. This isn't how sweden is and not acceptable for a Travel Proud property on booking in my opinion.
