All the staff were very nice and helpful! They made me feel very at home. A concierge, especially took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend! Location is best central to everything.

Central location, authentic hotel with great breakfast and service

The location of the property is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can also say that the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite impressive. It was very filling and unusually special for a hotel. They also helped us with an early check-in. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Some rooms are quite small, so this is something to keep in mind. However, this is clearly stated in advance. It may be a bit challenging during the winter months, but we liked the hotel so much that it wasn’t an issue for us.

Our room was facing the atrium and sound carried from the dining area, so it was a bit noisy. We also got stuck in the lift, which wasn’t fun. Fortunately the lift was glazed on one side, so we were visible to the staff, who sent an engineer to rescue us. Nevertheless it was 20 minutes before we were released, and not a pleasant experience. We were assured this was not a regular occurrence, but it did take the edge off our visit.

Lovely well decorated rooms in a beautiful building in a central but quiet location. Great breakfast and very kind, helpful and considerate staff. Thank you!

Great location and incredible friendly staff, and I will be staying there again on my return. The access to the Old Town, Royal Palace, and the shopping district was amazingly convenient.

Small room was as advertised!

I loved my stay at Kungstragarden Hotel, it made my visit to Stockholm even more special. The staff were exceptional, especially with their recommendations. The hotel is beautiful, location excellent and the breakfast varied and high quality.

Very comfortable room , Nice large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent choices. The location was superb , easy to walk to many locations. Kiki at the front dest was incredibly helpful, and made my stay very enjoyable. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nice location and looked great both inside and out. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

The room I stayed in was small. It was a double but the bed took up pretty much all of the room. The bed itself wasn’t very comfortable and the lack of room made it feel a little claustrophobic.

Location

Well, I have a booking for two. They say it is for one. The confirmation has s total with a reference for two people, the staff however needs to be correct and charges extra. My company gives the benefits of doubt always to the customer. I will never stay in this hotel again. Plus this morning they where delivering some good through the main entrance either a lots of noice. Why??

Breakfast selection was limited and slightly disorganised. The temperature in the room was too low, and it could not be adjusted.

The location of the Hotel was fantastic: close to all touristic attractions. Breakfast was also great. The room was spacious.

The location is excellent. Easy walks to train station, Djursgarden, quayside, Royal Palace, Old Town. Rooms have everything you need, are kept very clean, but can be very small and dark. Large lounge available to residents to make up for this. Food is particularly good and has many French classics. Excellent wines by the glass. Breakfast has a wide selection and scrambled eggs made with plenty of real butter as are the mushrooms. Lovely tea bags. Staff are mostly very helpful and pleasant. Bar area novel and pleasant.

Room had very little storage space and was dark.

Great location and very quiet despite being in center. Good breakfast.

Attick with a very small window. Anyway, we were happy despite it.
