Freys Hotel

Great location. This is the only reason I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast standard choices.

Not very clean (dust under bed). Room was very small. No shampoo, just body/shampoo.

The free breakfast was a life saver for the very expensive Scandinavia. The hotel was very secure and the staff friendly. Check in and checkout were easy.

The hotel is a little outdated and the gym is very outdated. Overall though, the hotel was great and I would book again.

Our first time to Stockholm and the hotel was perfect. Amazing breakfast buffet and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We even got a to go breakfast the morning of our flight. Perfect location to activities downtown and transportation.

The room was just a bit small, the windows would not open and no ac.

Everything. Room was dirty, bathroom did not have shower materials replaced, the key to the room was huge, and staff refused to discuss late check out despite their own website confirming it was to be addressed the night before checkout. Horrible.

It is more of a dump than a 5 star hotel. Extremely disappointing

Great location, very pretty rooms and clean. It's a nice cozy aesthetic in the hotel and the restaurant we dined at was great as well.

Clean, central and nice. Perfect distance from the central station and touristic sights. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even accommodating us when we arrived earlier. Would come back!

Nice cozy place with old school vibe. Balcony was a nice feature. The room accommodated 4 of us just fine. Great location for eating, shopping and transportation. Breakfast was nice and yummy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was great. We got the suite and it was HUGE but the bathroom was a cruise ship size… when you turn on the shower it flooded the whole bathroom every time.

The tiny bathroom in the large suite, it was so small like a cruise ship. The bathroom was the only thing renovated, the kitchen was so big, I’d say trade the kitchen with a bigger bathroom, it was very outdated. The breakfast also wasn’t great, we paid for it and only ate there once in 4 days

The staff were exceptional. The receptionists, bar staff, restaurant staff and night staff were all outsatnding. Nothing was too much and you were always greeted with a smile and great customer service. The location is really good close to public transport and a short stroll to the shops and restaurants.The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfasts were a great startt to each day.

It was cold, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. The rooms could be bigger if i was being picky.
