No coffee maker in the rooms

Beautiful modern hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice and clean room. It was a little hard to reach the harbor because of nearby construction but we made it. We highly recommend the place.

Quite excellent breakfast for that category

Room 214 was really weird: AC not working and no option to open a window. Opened the room door around 5 am for a while in order to get some oxygen.

We had breakfast on the last day of our stay. It was great and diverse enough. The room was lovely designed, with a nice panoramic view. The staff were kind and helpful. We especially loved the design of the area around the reception, and the whole hotel seemed very clean.

Bed was comfortable. Gym was great.

Location was quite remote with a lot of construction. It was unfortunate that the walls were quite thin and neighbors both above and next door were audible.

The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast was amazing.

It’s not so close to the city center, you need a 10 minute walk to the metro station to get there.

I would like the showers floor to be cleaned a bit better. Also a small fridge in the room wouldn’t have been bad.

Entertainment doesn't fully work, rooms heating doesn't work and cleaning is "on request", breakfast needs to be booked.

Location but surrounded by construction work. I was able to the cruise terminal. Breakfast buffet is very good. The dinner menu was no very varied but the food I got was good and fresh.

Very expensive. If your flight is early, they charge to get access to your room even if the room is ready. No food offering when you arrive at 12:00 noon. Yes there is a very expensive snack bar. Walk three minutes to the grocery store. Room is bare minimum. No clock. No phone. No fridge and I have medecine that required refrigeration. They couldn't merge my two booking but I didn't have to switch room at least. Next time I will stay downtown but not in Scandic hotel.

Great beds, very nice breakfast, the kids enjoyed the floor with all the kids' games. It was also nice that we could by missing items at the lobby (we forgot to bring toothpaste). Price was very reasonable as well.

Pre-booking breakfast time can be annoying in case you forget to (the reception made it clear though, and it was easy enough with the QR code).

My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. The views were great, looking out on the harbor, the breakfast had a lot of options, and we enjoyed being able to have private use of the spa as no one else booked it during our timeslot. It was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed it a lot.

Nothing regarding the hotel, which was lovely, but as a note, there was construction in August 2025 and it was hard to initially get to the hotel walking from the subway as Google maps led us on a route that wasn't available - make sure to look out for and follow the signs to the hotel as, once we saw them, it was a lot easier to get to the hotel.

Great room, comfy bed, big bathroom, great view, very convenient location near ferry port. It was really fabulous for the staff to offer a boxed breakfast due to early ferry departure. Great stay!

The rooms and beds were comfortable and the hotel clean and modern. The breakfast was the BEST! We loved the wide variety of food offerings and iced coffee and ginger shots are a great way to start the day!

The location was a ways from downtown and not in a very attractive part of town by the docks. It felt like industrial surroundings.

Comfortable pillows

- rude staff that didn’t provide great customer service to resolve an issue I raised- dirty common areas- the area looks run down and full of construction

View was phenomenal and the breakfast is everything you could possibly want. For me the eggs and Swedish pancakes were outstanding.
