Amazing location near Skansen and Gröna Lund.

No pool for kids, the restaurant is very expensive and the breakfast was not as complete as other restaurants in Stockholm

The staff was very kind and helpful, we initially booked 4 nights and extended it 2 more nights because we were so happy with everything. The breakfast was delicious (especially the meatballs and the butter) and a great way to start the day.. The Finnish sauna was a bonus to the room, especially in winter. The location was perfect and charming, staying surrounded by nature and lovely walk away from the city. The staff was helpful and fun, which made our experience 10/10. Hotel Hasselbacken gave us a wholesome and unforgettable Winter Wonderland stay in Stockholm. We will be back!

There is nothing I can say I didn’t like. There was an uncommon minimal leak the last day in our room caused by the heavy snow and rain, and immediately the staff wanted to give us another room and adapt to our preferences. So that made our experience even nicer, because it is easy when everything goes well, but when things like this come up, the staff really shines.

When i stay there it is like home. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff… from reception (splendit) through restaurant and cleaning staff… all superb.Restaurant in evening is very good, winelist god and breakfast is good.Location is also splendid.

Sofas in reception is too deep for me, but that realtes to my age…. comfortable, but hard to get up from.Embassasing perhaps.

Lovely place! Dining area was beautiful. Nice breakfast.10 min ride by light train to city center (there is also a boat available). Really close to Skanse.Great value for money!

Cold in a room. Bathroom was a bit unclean - snus on the floor.

Palatial hotel for very good value including breakfast. Near to the museums. Check out Vasa. Its amazing!

Nice hotel a short tram ferry ride from central Stockholm. It is in a peaceful, wooded area. The hotel is over a hundred years old but a remodel from the 60’s has erased the historic look. Across the street from the ferry and tram. Also, located a pretty half hour walk to central Stockholm

Historic hotel was remodeled with little of the history kept.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Overall great value. It exceeded my expectations. Great location if you want to visit Stockholm and its attractions. I also recommend using the ferry to visit the old town.

Good breakfast and location near Cirkus and other attractions. Tram 7 from city central has a stop near the hotel.

Horrible ! First I come in to the reception. I had to wait 15 minutes with nobody there to check in.Then morning after I have guest join me for breakfast . Of course we inform room number and as usual, they charge to the room but not in this case in this case they stop my guest and they informed them that they have to pay even though we gave them the room number when we went in me who sleeps in Hotel all over Europe I was shocking embarrassed. I highly recommend people to read this comment to avoid going to this hotel.

Good breakfast. Fulfilled request for twin not double( though we had to split the beds ourselves) and quiet room

Things you’d expect to be in the room for the price weren’t e.g tea and coffee but no milk.I had to ask reception. The soap and shampoo were highly scented and dried my skin out. I used the loos by the reception and noticed the soap there was gentler and not so scented. I again had to ask reception.No face clothes.The wardrobe door knobs were smooth and tiny so difficult to open.The evening meal options were poor and the server was pretentious verging on snooty, even he admitted he couldn’t say what was in each dish as it was pre packed = prices extortionate for a ‘ready meal’!

Beautiful historical building in a major park and garden. Down the block from museum, ferries and bridges - everything is no more than 10-15 minutes on foot, however, public transit is also no issue. I was not in a rush and came from the airport by public transit

Really not much to say. If you do not like stairs and uphill walking, there are some around the property park so just be aware. Not a dislike but in case someone objects. The garden and park are very safe - no concerns.

Excellent breakfast, the staff was always extremely friendly, and the room was clean. The location is superb if you are visiting with children. The hotel is not cheap, but I think it was well worth it.
