Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Ideal situation and reasonably priced based on Swedish prices! Nice gym available and plenty of food options - foodhalls are 5 minutes walk away. Staff were warm and friendly and check-in took 2 minutes, left luggage on the last day and children were given a welcome pack.

There was no obvious bar to have a coffee but this may have been in the restaurant that we didn't go in to.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with an excellent location. It was especially convenient for arriving from and departing to the airport, as the Arlanda Express station is very close. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. A big plus is the possibility to leave luggage in a secure, separate room after checkout. Highly recommended.

The free of use of preferred pillow, surprise room upgrade (I guess bec I requested a city view room and 1 big bed), on request, they also gave bedroom slippers & toothbrush sets, and we love the quality of the toiletries (shampoo, body soap and hair conditioner)! We also like the fact that it’s a “green” hotel, and we have been encouraged to participate. Overall great & friendly staff, and awesome breakfast buffet. Area is great for exploring the city bu walking, too!!!

Overall, very good for us. perhaps, make it automatic to include the slipers and toothbrush sets on 1st night of stay (and even if no more replacement on succeeding nights as we support the “green” movement and advocay of the hotel).

Great location to explore Stockholm on foot. Easy access from central station. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fabulous breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was a decent size with a bay window facing the courtyard, so it was nice and quiet. It was clean and modern, beds very comfortable and good bathroom with a powerful hairdryer.

The room was a little too warm for our taste and the air con didn't seem to be on. It would be nice to be able to adjust the room temperature.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean and well appointed. Well located for travel and sights. Breakfast provided large variety of healthy food.

Food was good, and the room was perfect when it was changed. In fact, we loved the second room.

The parking was terrible. The door garage jammed when we stayed, and couldn't get our car in. We received a lower grade room, and asked to change it, which was only possible on the second night stay. The room is not what we paid for. On two occasions, we had to get different cards, as they did not unlock the room doors (first attempt on both rooms failed - we had to return to the front desk too many times). There was nowhere to park out the front for check-in, although the site said there is a place. But the room difference for the same price was substantial and was completely unsatisfactory. I asked for a bath, there wasn't one until the next night. The stay was a birthday celebration and I regret choosing this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in Central Stockholm and very close to Central Station. Excellent rooms, albeit on the small side, but that's par for the course in the Nordic countries. Excellent breakfast :)

Rooms are a little small.

Breakfast and coffee was great every morning. Staff were very accommodating. Communication was excellent. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the Swedes speak english better than I do.

Having complimentary coffee available all day is a nice bonus.

Perfect location in the center of Stockholm, next to Arlanda express. Shops, restaurants, 7eleven, train station, taxis, everything is close to the hotel.

The aircon is not warm enough in the room and the public area during Dec time. I catch cold during i stay at this hotel. Room is a bit small.
