Day 2 had a friendlier staff than day one...ok hotel for this price

The staff member who greeted us on the evening of July 29, 2024, was a man who should not be working in the service industrySimple hotel, breakfast was decent but the selection of gluten-free options could have been betterThe location was TERRIBLE considering all the road constructionNot a hotel I would choose again. The distance to the city center, all the road construction, and the unpleasant start with a very unfriendly receptionist make it so that when we return in September and December, we will choose another hotel

Breakfast was really nice than expected. And the location also really well and it was around 10 minutes from Slussen bus station. The hotel was very clean and the staff also flexible and they was trying to fulfil our requirements as we requested. Hotel check-in time was 3 p.m. As we arrived to Stockholm at 7 a.m., they provided luggage dropping facility in the hotel as we requested till we check-in. We spent 1 night in the hotel and that stay and the hotel was really great !

The hotel was well located for us, having spent a few days in Hammarby before we checked in, so the transition to the hotel was quick and easy. The lobby was welcoming and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. They gave local restaurant recommendations and booked an airport taxi for us and our kids (including two child seats) without any trouble. The room was clean, comfortable and suited our needs. Definitely good value for money. The buffet breakfast was excellent in terms of the options available and the quality.

The window in our bedroom felt unsafe. We were on the third floor and it opened fully - dangerous for a family room. There was no option to open it partially, so we had to keep it closed when in the room. The air conditioning was noisy and not very effective.

All around a very pleasant experience, the bed was very comfy, the facilities were great, and the breakfast was tasty. I especially like the ambiance of the dining area in the morning, and the variety of food provided.

With the ongoing construction work directly outside the hotel, it was a little challenging to figure out how to get there from the bus stop on the first day. This could have been improved by providing brief instructions of the path from the most common public transport stops to the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful even before our stay even started (tried to reserve an early check in the day before our stay - which ended up not being possible due to the hotel being fully booked) and they kept us informed via message. The breakfast was AMAZING, plenty of choices, and there were also lactose free gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Also, breakfast is until 11:00 AM, quite nice if you are having late nights out. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable!It is true that the hotel is not close to the city centre, but it is really well connected via public transport (20-30 mins from Gamla Stan). Great value for money.Overall we were really happy with our stay, thank you!

Unfortunately there are some construction sites neat the hotel (as in the whole city it seems like). As a result, using Google maps to reach the hotel from certain bus stops was a bit tricky sometimes, but there were temporary signs clearly indicating the directions. Besides that, everything was great :)

It's not central Stockholm, but the location is near beautiful nature reserves, two large recreational nature areas, all with a varied landscape of pine forests, swamps and lakes. If you like walking in the nature it's perfect place to stay. room was comfortable and clean, perfect breakfast with variety of vegan food as well.

I like that the room has everything we needed and it was spacious. The bed and pillows were really comfy! And they have excellent breakfast as most people commented.

We spent 4 nights here and everything was fine.The breakfast buffet has a sufficient selection and top quality.The staff is very friendly and the room was always clean.Fresh smoothie and water every day in the lobby/reception.The old town (Gamla Stan) isn't far away. We took a bus every day (there is a bus stop 5 minutes from the hotel),it takes approx. 10-15 minutes and you are in the old town.

There is a huge construction site opposite the hotel. But it wasn't so disturbing for us.

Everything about this hotel is awesome. Service, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. The hotel is modern, rooms are spacious and always clean, staff is very pleasant.

-Location! Not only was the hotel on what seemed like a mountain, there was construction on the way, messing up Google maps navigation. Luckily a local told us that we needed to take a detour through the city to reach the hotel.-Baby crib was not provided. I realize this is subject to availability, however I think it should be more prominently noted if there is a chance the crib is not there. Our toddler slept in the queen bed with mom, meaning I basically had little to no space on the bed and slept quite poorly as a result on the 2 nights we spent there.

Well refurbished hotel in a slightly older building. A bit of a walk with bus and metro due to ongoing construction, but a lot of busses stop nearby. Comfortable beds, friendy staff, nice decor, good shower and extensive -albeit monotonous- breakfast. Quiet surroundings even though next to a busy road.

It will be a lot more comfortable once the metro is finished which will be a great boon for the surroundings. Some walking up and down needed between T-Centralen and Slussen bus station, also because of construction. Wifi was quite spotty for Swedish standards. Soundproofing between rooms could be improved. Air conditioning was sub-par.
