The breakfast in the best I’ve had I’ve travelled alot in Europe . A sophisticated elegant hotel which is quirky and fabulous .

A few minor staff issues - or being casual about things that matter . Nothing that spoilt the trip. I would stay there again

Absolutely outstanding. The breakfast room is on the small side, but the selection and quality more than make up for it — truly exceptional.The bar and lobby are lovely as well, with a cosy street-side heated terrace that’s a real bonus.A truly charming stay — highly recommended.

The breakfast is one of the best ones I had. Staff is amazing too.

Nothing was bad - we really loved our stay! This is just personal preference, but the bed was a bit too soft for me. I had also forgotten my charger at home, and unfortunately the reception didn’t have a USBC charger, so I wasn’t able to charge my phone or breast pump, which became an issue. Because of that we ended up checking out earlier than planned.

The hotel is really very good. Beds, pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional.

Super cosy homely vibe. Staff were all amazing. Bed was so comfy but the star of the show was the breakfast. It’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen.

Nice location, nice mix of room sizes, excellent attention from staff at reception and even more so from the restaurant manager and staff during breakfast, when we brought a big group to join us

The room was beautiful. High ceilings and spacious. Bed was so comfortable.

It was the most inconvenient hotel we have ever stayed in. There was a small closet to hold maybe your coats. There was no other place to unpack or store clothing or bathroom toiletries. The bathroom had a 12 inch step up to enter which was tricky for us seniors. I asked for luggage racks but they didn’t understand so our bags were on the floor and we were on our knees pulling out clothing. A table or chest of drawers would solve that problem. It was very expensive and too far from tourist areas.

The hotel is located in a good spot where you have easy access to the public transportation.I really liked the breakfast buffet. Lot's of choices what to eat and drink. And the service staff was really friendly.

I had heard about the breakfast before checking in and was extremely excited and wow it delivered! There was things on the buffet that I didn´t even know I wanted or needed. It was absolutely delicious

I thought my bathroom was a little out of date and the shower pressure wasn´t so strong.

The breakfast and the attentiveness of the staff

The small room with a step next to the bed to the door. Also the tiny shower room, with a floor that was wet when you showered. The fact that the lift didn’t go down was a big inconvenience when I had to carry my suitcase downstairs.

Attractive exterior and interior; excellent breakfast; spacious room; friendly and helpful staff; excellent value.

The location is okay, but it’s a bit outside the central tourist area.

Small bathroom, no tissue in the room.

Breakfast is amazing. Location is perfect; lots of things to visit nearby, including natural outdoor spaces, and not too far to get to many train stops or walk to other parts of the city. I felt safe and comfortable walking around by myself. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I have no complaints other than I wish I could have stayed longer.

Гатэль добра размешчаны, недалёка ёсць метро, пешкі можна дайсці да цэнтра і мора. Як у гатэлі можна перакусіць, так і зусім побач ёсць розныя ўстановы, каб паесці і крамы. У нумары быў і фен, і вентылятар. Сняданак цудоўны, усё неабходнае і нават больш. Персанал вельмі прыязлівы, ствараў прыемную атмасферу.

Трошку чуваць, калі суседзі заходзяць у пакой ці ўстаўляюць зарадку ў разетку. Але для гатэляў гэта нармальна, бывае і горш.

Great breakfast; excellent and friendly staff. Nice location (although over 2km from the old town).

Nice hotel but some things could be improved: The room was very small. This should be mentioned in BookingCom. The iron and ironing board (and maybe the hairdrier) took up space; perhaps they could be removed in order to make more space? There was no tea/coffee in the room (the staff kindly provided a cup of tea when I asked as the front desk, but it was a bit inconvenient). The window was very old and did not close properly. The room safe did not work (but the staff kindly offered to look after my passport etc.). The bed was very narrow -- I guess that was because the room was small; the bed was very high off the floor.

I loved everything about Hotel Ruth! The comfy beds, the decor, the enormous & delicious breakfast buffet and the lovely staff!
