First Hotel The Studio

The hotel was very clean, nicely renovated, and the staff were wonderful. I especially remember Vasia at reception—she greeted us with a warm smile and great energy.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing; the hot dishes were cold, and overall, we didn’t enjoy it.

Location was convenient, reasonably walkable from Kista centre. The apart-hotel was clean, well maintained and secure. Staff were friendly, although reception was only staffed for certain hours.Laundry machines were available.

The process for doing laundry could have been clearer, you need to book a specific time slot in advance. Times can book out, so it is necessary to plan ahead. The kettle had been damaged and not replaced.

Really good apartment, with small kitchen, comfortable and cosy. I always take my pillow to business trips, because as usual hotels and apartments have to big and uncomfortable once. But here i was totally satisfied with the pillow they have. And they have good and various breakfast. Plus free parking.

I like everything, maybe someone would be upset that it's far from the downtown, but with the car it's not a problem.

The apartment-like feeling to have bedroom, kitchen area, and living room area.

There was no TV in the bedroom. It would have been nice to be able to watch TV in bed

The staff, service, and the breakfast.

It was very hot and no ventilation. We couldn't open the windows bec they were very close to the ground!! Anyone can easily jump into the room.

It was perfect for me and my 14 year old daughter because the apartment was spaceous and we could move one of the beds to the living area and then we had 2 seperate areas to sleep. I also liked the atmosphere in the hotel, I didnt feel out of place, it was really comfortable and cozy, felt like home.

I could have used a shoe horn in the room and the bathroom was a little small, the shower was a little close to the toilet but there was a bigger shower in the gym on the first floor :)

Public transport was close. Good breakfast.

Breakfast could be bigger. And it was 30min away from city center, but it was not big problem cause public transport was good.

Friendly staff. Well equipped roomWonderful breakfast

Nice large room with nice large windows. Very convenient to catch train/subway to Stockholm. Free convenient parking.

No overnight staff late in the evening

Friendly staff, quiet and clean location.

Lack of some essentials in the room (badge 'Do not disturb', slippers)

Was clean, the bed was excellent, spacious and near to the metro station. The hotel personnel were kind and helpful !!!

As a 4 stars hotel I didn’t found any slippers or bathrobes. Also the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable when used and the shower not in the best condition .

Friendly staffFunctional and comfortable roomsGood breakfast

Good location in Kista and small kitchen is very convenient

the breakfast is not positive, especially vegetables

Friendly staff, good conditions, clean

A bit far from the center, located in an obscure area. Room tiny

It was nothing to like really

In the booking is written check in till 22:00, but in reality front desc clised at 20:00. Nobody answers the phone calks nor messages.

Very clean and well maintained property. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.and fitness center. Location is very convenient.

Kitchenette should be better equipped, more utensils, plates silverware etc. Will be very helpful.Would be better if Laundry facilities are available more easily than just two times a week with fixed time slots.

Breakfast was okay, with plenty to choose from for a couple of nights stay. Free parking next to the hotel with plenty of space. A couple of very friendly staff members. Our room fas nice and lived up to the expectations.

The location is a bit far from the city center. You must allocate breakfast time for weekends, as the breakfast room is small and can get very crowded. A bit far from Metro. City employed guy cutting grass with trimmer at 7AM on a Saturday morning - what the he...???

Our team consistently chooses this hotel for our Stockholm business trips. It offers comfortable accommodations, convenient amenities, and an excellent location. The free parking is a significant plus. Highly recommended for business travelers.

hotel in a good location! next to a large shopping center! friendly and helpful staff! great sauna!great breakfast, good coffee!

The only thing that needs to be renovated is the gym!

- friendly staff upon check-in and check-out- beautifully decorated and comfortable studio where we directly felt at home- amazing breakfast buffet
