The food was excellent quality and had a good variety and options. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and of good quality.

There was nothing to dislike, it's excellent value for money.

We didn’t sleep very well because the room was a bit too warm. Some fresh air from outside would have helped, but the window cannot be opened, and even setting the thermostat to the lowest didn’t make a noticeable difference.

We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed and pillows.The location is great, close to both metro and bus stations, just a 3-5 minute walk.The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. For a reasonable extra fee, they allowed us to check in as early as 8 AM, which was perfect since we arrived tired from an overnight journey and really needed a shower and some rest. Being able to enjoy breakfast that morning made it even better.The all-day coffee and fika is a fantastic touch, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent, truly delicious with great variety and quality.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

We honestly have almost no complaints. The only small downside is that fried eggs at breakfast come with an extra charge, which feels unnecessary, and there was no fridge in the room, and no slippers.

Hats off for Loke from the bar and the staff who were working during breakfast. They were polite and warm.

The hotel is huge and very busy for my liking. Pricey for what it offers. Cleanliness could be improved and cleaning service is only upon request (?). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Dinner was depressing - few options and tasteless. The manager Andrea was unkind and passive-aggressive towards me in three different situations. Don't recommend, I have better experiences at any Ibis.

The property is very beautiful and truly welcoming. The entrance is very impressive, and once you step inside there is a large space suitable for working, studying, or simply relaxing and chatting in peace.Every booking includes breakfast, an afternoon snack, and dinner. The food is incredibly abundant and everything is very delicious. It is self-service, so everyone can choose what they prefer. The quantity is truly generous, and the quality is extraordinarily good. The food is simple, genuine, and flavorful.I really appreciated the effort to avoid any waste: most of the utensils are made of wood or ceramic, plastic is avoided, and there is a clear commitment to protecting the environment.The room, like the entire property, was very clean, comfortable, warm, and cozy. I honestly cannot find a single flaw in this stay.The reception staff were always smiling and helpful — it was a wonderful stay. ✨

The receptionist, i think named Ilias from memory.. was a very welcoming person. He offered me and my girlfriend a saved portion from dinner (we arrived 2hrs after dinner had finished) and gave us a very welcoming meal. That was the first impression and to say the least we were already impressed by how the hotel treated us in the very first few minutes. We had high expectations. Safe to say the hotel even exceeded our expectations with the good breakfast, dinner and hospitality. We will return again for sure if we visit Stockholm. The only drawback is that there is no direct connection to Stockholm central and mostly requires us to take at least 2 busses. I 100% recommend this hotel regardless of how long you’re staying.

The room was not cleaned. Towels were not changed. There was no bathrobe.

The gym room makes you smile, and the 5m2 sauna is a complete misunderstanding for such a hotel.

Good lobby, clean room, good breakfast.

Very difficult to find hotel at night. Sign too small for the hotel and it is not visible from the main road until you go inside the small road. May be hotel can spend a bit of money to put a more visible sign.

The sauna and gym facilities at the hotel are really good, especially after work.

Our room that we had been given keys for had not been cleaned , informed reception then provided with a much smaller room. Requested extra mattress toppers advised we needed to wait 24 hrs, it took 3 further days to be provided.Distance away from city much to far, alot of travel required on bus and train/ tram systyms adds alot to the cost.Evening meal, one out of five that meet a reasonable expectation, other wise it was stew and salad with only one kind of bread to choose from, was not worth the cost to have meal provided and distance from city.

Friendly staff on arrival, great underground safe car parking. Food was excellent, great selection at breakfast and dinner. Room was massive and comfortable.

The heating wasn’t working properly, and It was a bit cold in the room.

We really liked the hotel overall, the beds were extremely comfortable, food was amazing and the staff was super friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, offering a good variety of fresh food. There is also a small gym with a sauna, which was a great bonus. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money.

Very nice hotel. Excellent facilities (breakfast, fika and dinner), all very nice. Beautiful place to relax. Very helpful staff. The room was excellent. It is a bit outside the center, but with a bus you get there very quickly.

Everything was so clean, the vibe was perfect, receptionists were super kind, food was good and the beds were super comfortable. Overall perfect!
