the staff is exceptional! always going out of their way to make the stay that much smoother!! the breakfast has a big variety of items, though the same every day, it is possible to enjoy something different when you want. the location can't be beat. close to all modes of transport that stockholm offers and groceries and shops are right around all the corners!!

Great breakfast, though it might be nice if it were a little different each day. There's a lot to choose from, but a long term stay means the same choices over and over.

So, you have to read the description and when it says no window, don’t expect there to be one! The room for one was fine. The bed was comfortable, it was very quiet and the bathroom was excellent. There are two outlets in the living area and one in the bathroom (standard 2 prong European style). Under the bed there are two drawers: one with a coffee maker, etc and the other with a safe. The safe is a touch screen! Just touch the top and digital numbers appear for you to enter your code. They are very power conscience which is a good thing! When you enter the room, you have to put the room key in a slot to turn on the lights and outlets. When you leave, everything shuts off when you take the key. Breakfast was better than I thought it would be as they had more of an American style breakfast. Don’t expect The Ritz because you’re not paying for The Ritz! The attached restaurant is very good. I ate there twice and enjoyed the food. Also, there are many cafes and restaurants in the area and the subway is a short walk to the station.

It meet my expectations. I thought it would be weird without a window but I really didn’t mind. I was only there to sleep so it was no big deal.

Location was good, central to train stations and breakfast was decent, just the basic stuff.

The organization of the hotel itself was terrible, trays boxes, a lot of things in the hallways, giving the impression you were in a emplyee-only hallwaythe rooms terrible acustics, it was in a basement, no light, and below some working area that made a lot of noise until 2 am

This hotel boasts an excellent location, not too far from the historic town. It's situated right near the subway (Tunnelbana) and a commuter train stop is not far away, making the transfer from the airport straightforward. You can reach Gamla Stan in just three stops, or take a pleasant walk instead. The surrounding area is lively and well-equipped, offering plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.​The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, with the added bonus of several power/USB plugs. The hotel provides great value, largely thanks to the included continental breakfast and the ability to use the coffee room throughout the day. You can arrange for take away breakfast in case you don't have time to eat it at the hotel.

As expected from the booking picture, the room and bathroom were compact, requiring one of us to sleep against the wall. Similarly, the lack of windows wasn't an issue since we were prepared for it and it was a trade-off we were willing to accept.

Location right opposite to Mcdonalds, Seven eleven and Turkish restaurant which also stay open untill 4 am in the morning. Hotel breakfast is great!Free coffee/tea, 24/7Meeting space and breakfast side is helpful for meeting.

We arrived late night around 1 am there was no one at the reception and it was stressful so i had to call hotel reception the guy came to pickup call and then he opened the door. He said we need to knock the door. I was like okay?? Room is extremely small for two persons and if you are sleeping other side of the bed you will have to wakeup person next to you because there is no space of walking as bed is wall to wall.

Front desk agents Kiri and Wilma were excellent.

Great location, only 20 min. walking from the Gamla Stan. Nice and calm area, with lots of cafes and shops. Breakfest are perfect and staff was very nice

In our room we did not have a closets, and the room then looks messy when you take things from the bags to the hangers all over the room.

Most comfortable but something you must bring own like showercap,toothpaste etc..no fridge but anothrr best thing was fresh breakfast.Unbelievble price is much better than Göteborg. I would definitely stay if visit there. Amanda so nice and good service.?worth for my short vacation.

Very small room

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning to leave our luggage before heading out for that day's itinerary. Anton ( front desk) was very kind to have us check in early. We really appreciate the kind gestures especially that my friend and I were exausted from our trip, so we got to freshen up and ready for the day. As a tourist appreciate that he seems approachable and professional, he even suggested to check out the city's old town. And it did not disappont us!

Amanda and Anton and the rest of the staff were so hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The small gym was a bonus. Access to public transportation couldn't be better. The last Friday of the month is an classic car rally - very unexpected and great fun. The room had A/C! Loved the laptop safe! It had everything we needed, and was cleverly designed.

We knew it was a roomette but someone less mobile could have trouble navigating the bed!
