Breakfast was good. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Extremely small. Decorating was bad! It looked like a dorm room out of the '60s.

The hotel is nice, clean, very convenient, and close to Central Station.

The lighting was very dim; the window overlooked the parking lot, so the room was always dark. It was fine for one night, but it would have been difficult to stay there for long.

Nice breakfast. Central location. Friendly staff. Surprisingly spacious.

Amazing staff. We arrived early in the morning around 9am, and wanted to just leave the luggage but we were informed that the room is ready and we can check-in early. Everyone was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious with many options for everyone including many vegan/vegetarian options.

Lack of window in the room was a tiny bit inconventient, but it was in the description of the room, and the benefits greatly outweigh this problem.

The hotel is in a very convenient location – the stations are very close, making it easy to travel to and from the area. The staff are very friendly, and although the rooms are small, they are clean and comfortable.One thing to note is that we booked a room without a window, so this is something to keep in mind if you feel uncomfortable staying in a room without natural light.

I was able to check in very early and I felt comfortable with the opiton to leave my luggage at the hotel prior check in, or after check out if I need it for some time. The rooms were nicely clean.

The rooms looked way better on the pictures of the hotel. There were no amenities besides soap. It would have been also good if there was a phone charger in the room (reception also couldn't provide, only if you buy one).

We treated ourselves and stayed in one of the luxury rooms. The overall size of the room was amazing, lots of storage, comfortable beds, big flat screen TV and coffee maker.The bathroom was huge with its own sauna, jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. The room did not disappoint. The perfect space to relax in over Christmas. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. All the staff were friendly where nothing was too much trouble.

The view from the room was the back of another building. Did that disappoint, not at all.

Not sure how to set up good room ventilation when there is no thermostat.

The ironing board in the corridor is awkward to use the cupboard door keeps closing back on the iorning board

Had to book last minute when unable to get to my hotel in Narvik. Great price great staff very obliging even did me take away vegetarian breakfast has travel plans meant catch train at 05.47. Room was warm clean and comfortable what more can I say would definitely use again. Thank you

Nothing to duslike

Perfect location (in front of central station). Breakfast was good. Very kind staff.

Narrow bed, not possible to adjust the ventilation (it was too warm in the room)

Perfect location and felt very safe as a solo woman. I got really lucky as the check-in time was at 3pm but I got there at 9am and I got to check-in early (amazing!!). Everyone was very friendly and very welcoming. Room was clean and cozy (even the one without a window). Breakfast was wonderful and a lot of choices to choose from. Might be very unimportant but the soap in the bathroom smelled so good.

The room was a little cold (had to sleep with a jumper). And there was no way to change the temperature. Would have been great to be cozy and warm in the room after walking around in the cold (-10 degrees).

A clean, orderly and friendly business. We felt at home. The employees were very friendly and solution-oriented. The breakfast is very varied and wide, it is definitely recommended.

The room was rather cold

Well located. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options. Room was clean as a whistle. Modern TV with casting abilities etc. The windowless room was a bit cold even in the middle of the building but the plugin heater made it very cosy.

Soundproofing:You will hear your neighbours walk.You will hear your neighbours talk.And even if they're a bore,you'll at least hear them snore.But in any case - ladies and gents,you can hear their bowel movements.

Location is very conveniente for Arlanda express but also very central to walk around. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Annd they prepared breakfast pack for me since I had to check out very early.

Its location

Didn’t realise when I booked that it was windowless room (horrible ventilation, suffocating). Staff was unpleasant, both night time receptionist (unhelpful with garage options, one right next door sek 90 per night vs hotel s sek 450 per night. We arrived 10 minutes before end of breakfast, staff already putting food away. The following day we arrived on time and not enough seats available. Room dirty, corridors dirty

Really nice place, great location, delicious breakfast.

The rooms are a bit cold, but is not that bad.
