Nice wellness center. Great breakfast. Good facilities for the price

Fantastic location with good comfortable room and good breakfast. The waffle iron was a big hit.

Disappointed to not have tea making facilities in room but there is free serves just off reception. Also disappointed that a room advertised with mini bar was only stocked with mineral water.

I felt like I was getting away with something!

Wonderful location with awesome staff and great value breakfast!

Room was good, comfy. Little details that was satisfying, hot chocolate powder, shower utilities, even work out handles avaliable. Breakfast was excellent, so many options, fresh, and they put effort into it - for example with fresh ginger shot, and smoothie. Took into consideration allergies aswell. The spa area was very relaxing - happy.

Clean comfortable room,.convenient to train station

Room was small - but was not TOO small, wasn't the smallest i stayed in on trip

Breakfast is superb and staff very helpful and friendly. Sofia exclusively was very attentive and friendly.

Good water pressure when showering, and quite room.

Room was spacious and clean. Our room was located on the highest floor so we got a good view of the cityscape from the window. Bathroom was clean, and the shower was good with strong pressure. Breakfast was good, but if we stayed more than 3 days we would probably be bored of the selections.

The mattress felt like a foldable mattress instead of a good one that should be in a hotel. It sinked in the middle and did not provide a good support. TV didn't have many channels so we ended up not watching the TV at all.

Excellent location near in city center with good train communications ... Comfortable beds ... Fabulous breakfast, like in other ProfilHotels !

very cold room with broken window and laud, non stop noise from outside. Spa area was not working.

Location was perfect

Rooms were very small, and the toilet smelled like sewage

The hotel is very good in services and breakfast The room is cleaned everyday The location is excellent u have 3 station around u U r next to nordstan mall Near to the train station

The gym and pool is under renovation They didn't announce for that, while booking

Location

Room, bed, bathroom. Very uncomfortable. Very old.

Overall the stay was good. Unfortunatly their sauna and pool were closed and they didnt offer to compensate anything. Breakfast was meh, just a regular European breakfast, nothing special but clean. The beds were amazing, one of the better hotel beds Ive stayed in.

Unfortunatly I had 1 encounter with a dark skinned lady at the reception, she cannot focus on one task and was very busy not attending guest. All other staff were amazing.

Great location to the city center! Breakfast and wifi were amazing!

The rooms are a bit dated and not a lot of convenient outlets for plugging in devices. I was there for work and the desk area was not great for that - cramped and covered with the "coffee service."

Breakfast spread was really good and the location was very convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate your requests.

The hotel is a good location which close to the Shopping Centre & Central Station. The breakfast is very good.

The staff did not refill the water, tea, hot chocolate, and coffee each day. When I asked at the reception, I was told these amenities were provided only on the first day of check-in. However, in most other hotels, two bottles of water along with tea, hot chocolate, and coffee are replenished daily in the guest rooms.

Good location, pretty good breakfast

Rooms outdated, beds over used and to soft.

Good location, very close to train station and short walk to the city centre. Very good breakfast

Rooms nothing special and hotel in general is showing its age

Location of the hotel

Very soft bed. I had to lay on the flor my back was killing me. and in the morning I found out the there is big stain of something on my matrace!!!! see picture. I informed the staff at the reception and they say - "it is not very nice" WHAT IS THAT?
