Outdated rooms and breakfast. There is no enough space in the breakfast area, really limited options and they run out of everything all the time, there is constantly empty stations with coffee, milk, bread, butter etc.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

The extra bed for the children was unacceptable. The "mattress" consisted of a frame where every single spring was palpable. A 2-3 cm thick topper didn't help. It's outrageous to provide something like that for children. After complaining, another mattress was brought in. This one was partially ripped. The sofa in the room was also ripped on one side. There were numerous drill holes in the walls. The bathroom tiles were chipped. Not recommended.

The water in washbasin was clogged a bit and took longer time to get cleared

It was easy to check in, friendly staff during the evening, but in the morning they seemed uninterested in their work and the customers

Silverfish, centipedes and other bugs in the rooms, rooms weren’t cleaned properly, dirty bed sheets

Location, breakfast.

- Sofabed was not good at all. It was torn and not comfortable to sleep at all. This sofabed should have been thrown away.- The towels should be renewed.- The room wasn't cleaned properly. My kids found empty cans and bottles underneath her sofabed.

Delicious breakfast and around the clock tea, coffee and juices with some cookies available in the dining room.

Information in the room states that checkout is at 12, but it was actually 11am. Be sure to check your booking.

Girls on reception are great! Room in which we stayed didn't have mini bar, so we asked them to store some things we bought in their fridge. There wasn't any problem with staff. Breakfast was also very delicious and there were many choices.

Furniture in the room is old.

Expectation and reality are two different things. The room is dirty. Apparently the owners are very stingy and skimp on everything. Even the apple juice in the buffet is watered down. The elevator is old and decrepit. The bed linens are worn out. There's nothing to be happy about.

Great location. Clean facilities. Great Staff. Breakfast was exceptional.

Only negative is that the room was extremely small.

We loved the location - perfect being in between Haga and other areas of town. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and varied and you could even help yourself to coffee, juice and biscuits all day. We could also store our luggage for free. Nice chill atmosphere in breakfast area. Hairdryer in room was a bonus

The rooms are a little dated although very clean, the shower is very close to the toilet but the curtain works surprisingly well in keeping the floor and toilet dry so it wasn't a big deal

The location of the hotel is great. There are tram and bus stops nearby, and you’re a couple of minutes away from Haga and the main square. Breakfast had great variety, even though it was the same every day. We really appreciated the 24/7 availability of the coffee machine, tea, juice, water and the variety of biscuits. The common area was also very nice to spend time in. Wifi was good, but sometimes it lagged in the room. Cleanliness was also satisfactory. Staff is very friendly with great knowledge of english. There’re towels, shower gel and shampoo, as well as hand soap in the bathroom.

The room we stayed in is a little bit older and could use a refresher, but all in all it was good and we didn’t mind that. Also, the shower could use a separator, because water would leak outside of the shower curtain.

The staff was friendly, there was extra room for luggage so no need to take it elsewhere. Plenty of brosures and information or you can simply ask at the reception desk.. The coffee(fika) bar open 24/7 with hot drinks and cookies.

Great location, very nice and friendly receptionists and staff, an information stand with city brochures, delicious breakfast, rooms with different types of power sockets, and fast internet.

It was very cold — the radiator didn’t work, and there was a draft from the window. I booked a room with a double bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, each with a separate mattress. The TV was old and didn’t have internet access.

Excellent location, rooms were facing inner yard so it was quite. Good breakfast and really nice that could use lounge area at any time.

The location is amazing , it is beside stenpiren station beside the water with nice view.There were snacks all over the day the breakfast is good but I stay 16 days with same breakfast with no variety .They clean the room every day .

My room is very small without view and a small windows that can not be opened easily Restaurant also is too small for a value of money
