The proximity to city center. The size of the room was acceptable.

The hotel is a bit worn down. Breakfast is very basic, far from the most interesting and varried breakfast we have tried before. Their spa was under reparation during the first days of our stay, and therefor not usable.

Breakfast was great and included in the room price. Accommodation of pets was a difference and it was nice to walk by many guests with dogs. Location very central.

The only thing that could be improved was the quality of the bed. It was not one of the most comfortable.

It was easy to check in, the breakfast was great and had to add an extra night due to a flight cancellation and that was also done efficiently. I will 100% choose this hotel again when I stay in Gothenburg in the future!

The bar area was nice and cosy, the man serving the drinks was very friendly too.

I couldn't seem to turn the air conditioner off and it was quite noisy.

It was a pleasant stay and the room was good enough for the money. I think the breakfast was okey , had the basics but not overly generous but it was good still

The breakfast was ok, and the Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Poor cleaning, there was a lot of mold everywhere, especially in the bathroom and ceiling. The soundproof was very bad, you could hear everything (people walking, talking, doors). The gym were next to our room and you could hear the banging noises since 08:00am.

A lovely stay in Gothenburg with only a 20 minute walk from Central train station/ bus station with an easy walk to everything else in Gothenburg. The rooms were comfy with ample space for a family. Breakfast the next morning had everything we could ask for. We recommend this for families, couples and singles.

You need to inform reception to have room cleaned, and one day even though we informed them they didnt make the room.

Staff was friendly, we arrived very late and check in was easy. Price was great with good breakfast selection included.It was quiet and good bed.

the room with the wall bed is quite small when the child bed is extended, but it works.

Staff was extremely kind and welcoming, the spa facilities can be booked more than once free of charge. Breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and the bathroom floor was heated. It was always warm, but not overwhelmingly so.

The room was small and not as modern as the pictures. It was a bit old.

The hotel has a good location, close to the city center, with many shops nearby. Paid public parking is available; however, it is quite expensive (30 SEK/hour from 08:00 to 22:00, but only 2 SEK/hour during other times). The breakfast was good.

The welcome at the reception upon arrival was not very friendly.

Close to the center , if u feel cold u have heater so u can use it for free. Also there is a big parking close to hotel.

There was a hair on the pillows , blanket and on the bed. That makes u feel like its not clean.

Friendly staff - especially the bar & bistro team.(And that Wisby stout was stocked!)

Opening hours of the gym was a bit restrictive if you like an early start.

Every time I go to Gothenburg, I stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very attentive.

The location is good, and I like the Pippi Longstocking vibe with a pink hotell!

Rooms could need a makeover, but it wasn’t bad!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the sauna and the steam room.We asked for an early breakfast because we had to leave before the restaurant opened, and the team kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
