Central location at an affordable price.

it was very stinky, and not very clean. The bed was not comfortable and if you stay there a long time like I did you will realize nobody will ever clean your room which is concerning not just for the guest but also for hostel maintenance. The location is very good though, maybe a short stay is the best option but I don't recommend it for a longer stay.

I could hear sounds of TV and voices from a neighboring room.

The room, the kitchen and the showers were very clean

when getting breakfast I had to order it at the reception instead of paying on the spot

didn’t spend a lot of time there at the mini-hotel but it was just a comfortable enough stay; the bed was comfortable enough and good shower.

The hotel is located in the city center. There are big kitchen with utilities. Staff was friendly and gave answers to any questions. Also if they have opportunity they allow early check-in :)

The sound proofing is not perfect, but it does not mind when you want to sleep. And the mattresses are very soft.

I like that the price is reasonable and you get access to free facilities except for laundry.

I didn’t like that the price for extending my stay is almost the same as booking for the whole period.

Kitchen facilities were great! Staff worked hard to keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean and that’s really appreciated

Our room was so hot and we could constantly hear the heating system running . We kept our window open and that helped but we were woken every morning by the kids in the nursery downstairs

The rooms look the same as they do in the pictures; the toilet and shower facilities are clean and plenty; the location is nice: next to the tram station and a local square.

You had to do your own bed: it's not a big nuisance per se, but felt like I was in a camping place for teens where they were taught how to look after themselves. The entrance to the hotel is not straightforward. Breakfast is only on the weekend for some reason.

Nice location, peaceful, friendly staff, comfortable kitchen, clean bathrooms and showers. Easy access. Towels was a nice surprise.

Windows did not open fully, so hot inside. Mini fridge was not working. Complaints in other reviews are valid to certain extent, but not a deal-breaker.

Rooms were dirty, dark, and with no aircon. Says it gets cleaned everyday but our room had old stuff in the (very noisy) fridge, and the showers had lumps of hair floating around. Toilets also didn't seem to be cleaned and the "shampoo" that is promised when booking is the same as the soap you wash your hands with. A bit of a stretch to call it a hotel. Only one employee that we saw one out of four days (both in charge of cleaning and preparing breakfast) .. Otherwise you had to contact them through a telecom in the "reception". The pillows in the rooms were like sleeping on a dead cat in a sheet (that we had to put on ourselves).

Staff was friendly and facilitated an early check in since my room was ready early. There was soap in the bathrooms and a towel was provided.

The rooms were very warm and despite the high prices and name 'mini-hotel' it is more like a hostel (shared bathrooms and make your own bed). Rooms feel cheap, would've expected to pay closer to 50€ for the accommodations (not 105€)

Easy check in and out, very good location amd close to city center. Enough shower and toilets.

Most of the toilets smells like urine! Compare to the number lf people staying in the property, the toilets were not cleaned frequently.The mini fridge in the room (family room) wad dirty and broken, kind of useless.The ventilation in the corridor could be better.No one was in the reception, in case of emergency.
