Very close to the real Lazar, near great restaur3ants and shopping. Very nice room

Area. It was convenient and centerally located to restaurants, shops and other places.

Very narrow street, taxi driver had a very difficult time to drop us off and would not pick us up in front of the hotel, had to walk a short block to the cab. Staff was not very helpful. have to carry your loggage up. Elevator goes up part of the way.

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Roof terrace and pool looked good but not open due to time of week, year and weather! Room was large and bed very comfortable. Good range of toiletries.

We stayed in a suite. The main window was a view to an inner courtyard. The only other window was a bathroom window onto a side road. This made the room very dark. It was very hot in the room and the air con in the hotel was turned off. When we asked at reception we were told to open the bathroom window and leave the door between it and the bedroom open. If you did this you hit light and a considerable amount of noise from the small side street which went on late into the night and early in the morning.

A lovely clean room with excellent facilities. Such a beautiful room. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location couldn't have been better, so close to the Cathedral and yet there wasn't much street noise at night which was excellent.

The sound proofing between the rooms was excellent however the door would let in a lot of noise from the corridor if people were out in the shared spaces or there were suitcases being wheeled around.

Comfortable room, amazing location in the middle of a historical area. Grand hotel in general. Friendly staff.

Just take care that it is not accessible by cars..as it is in a tight place

Location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent and very varied and could ask for anything else and they would try to accommodate . Room was nice and quite, very spacious and all amenities were available and the bathroom was nice and clean.

Tea bags and milk were not what we were used to.

Bed super comfortable; amazing shower; very clean. Beautiful view from the roof!And staff were very helpful throughout :)Within 5-10min walk from everything we wanted to see in Seville

This hotel was located in the heart of the Sevilla with a 3 minute walk to the Cathedral. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet with comfy beds. I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Sevilla.

Due to the location of the hotel in the city center with narrow roads, most taxis do not like to go into the historical city center. Either coordinate with hotel prior to arrival or be prepared to walk a bit to arrive at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, perfect position in the city, roof bar, (shame about the music though) very chic, and thd kind of place I love

Above mentioned music, bar was so beautiful ruined by loud thumping music. The bathroom need more hooks...somewhere to hang wet towels or clothes. Big bare wall with nothing on it! Room was very hot, and also got steamed up.

Wanted somewhere special to enjoy our 25th anniversary/ husband’s birthday. The room was spectacular, our own little slice of living in renovated 16th century palace. Perfect quiet location with in 2 minutes walk from the historic centre and bars and restaurants

The lobby is spacious, the breakfast room sumptuous and the breakfast rich and full. My room was large, and well appointed with a view over the pool area, in November quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I had booked a taxi from the train station through the hotel, a bit pricy but worth it and well handled by the receptionist.
