Receptionist was so welcoming when we arrived. Beds are so comfortable and room were spotless. Also great location.

We stayed for one night and opted to not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. However, the room was very clean and spacious enough for Europe for one night. The beds were also very comfy. I usually complain about how few pillows there are and that was not a problem here, there were 3 different types of pillows per bed. The shower was large with great temperature/pressure. My husband and I were on the ground floor (which is where reception is) so we thought it might be noisy, but it was surprisingly very quiet. The AC/Heat worked great as well. The room also had a fully stocked mini bar (paid), and included coffee, tea, small biscuits, waters. For the price I highly recommend! The area is very convenient and many restaurants/cafes and shops are walkable. There are also several nearby grocery stores/mini markets. The area was also very quiet.

There was no lotion and no conditioner in the shower (but there was soap/shampoo). Also wished there were tissues in the room, but not a huge deal. I would have preferred a room not on the ground floor by reception, so if possible ask for ones on other floors.

Staff really helpful, totally central to everything, clean, spacious...great!

No parking, not accessible by car, uncomfortable for tall people to stay in rooms under the roof…

The location is wonderful! It's in the middle of the old town and easy to reach all the attractions. Aldi supermarket is only one block away. What I like is that it's still in the tourist part, but not in the most crowded area.The staffs are all very proffessional and helpful especially Berta! She is very pleasant and always answer our questions with a big smile. The housekeeping lady is also very kind and helpful for giving us trash bags and towels since we didn't want room service.Hotel is so elegant and lovely just like its name, a beautiful boutique hotel. I also like that hotel gives guest two water cartoons in the room daily and there's filtered water machine in the lobby for everyone to drink. This is so thoughtful!

The shower door is half like Spanish style that makes bathroon wet everytime you shower and it's a little slippery when you wear a flipflop.I'd like to have hotel breakfast when I travel but the hotel price is 14 Euros per guest and I think it's a bit much for a typical Spanish style breakfast. Luckily, there's so many cafe, breakfast and brunch places nearby!

Great location and perfect spot for us to have welcomed the new year in with the roof top bar and incredible views.

Terms and conditions were not shared upfront which meant that I had to go through them when there. The staff member who was checking us in got sassy about how long I was taking which I didn’t appreciate. It’s not my problem that the t’s and cs weren’t previously communicated.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old city. Its a beautiful building. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everywhere was spotless. A good variety of foods for breakfast. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast area is a bit too small.One of our rooms was duplex, with the bathroom up a flight of wooden stairs. Overall though, its a great place to stay.

Our rooms was nice but it had a steep stairs. The bathroom was on entry level the actual bedroom was downstairs. There were bars on the window which was a little concerning from a safety point of view.

Location was excellent, very central to all major sights and great tapas bars. Staff were very friendly and all areas of hotel spotless. Excellent value for money.

Very small but can’t be helped being a city centre hotel, early morning noise of bottles recycled and deliveries. This would not stop us from staying here again and would definitely recommend for a great central location.

Breakfast slightly expensive but overall good.

The breakfast was very good - the location was perfect.we did have a problem in finding the hotel as there are apparently two hotels with similar names

directions on how to get there - this was not helped by the fact that there were road works at the time

* Bed sheets were never changed, ours had a particular stain so it was easy to see it was never changed* Noise from the lobby and other rooms is unbearable if there is any, granted most of the time there wasn't any, but when any other guests or staff talked outside, we could barely get any sleep* I found two small cockroaches in the bathroom, so doubt about cleaness is high* Breakfast was quite bad, pastries were alright but all cooked items were cold and tastless

Good size room, comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Value for money. I asked for a quiet room and it was face inner courtyard that gave me a good sleep.

No need to add breakfast, there are lots of cafe nearby.

There was nothing to dislike about it

The location is very convenient to go everywhere on foot. The interior of the hotel is stunning. I felt really good the moment I stepped in the hallway. The staff was very friendly. We arrived early than the check-in time but they could manage to give us a room when it was ready.

There can be some sewage odor some time but that didn't bother me that much
