Staff and location were excellent. Breakfast was good too.

Bed was too firm for my liking.

We really liked the location and the staff did so much to make our stay special. It was the best.Really like the afternoon tea and cake, that was a nice treat.

Due to the weather, it was cool in the room and the bathroom window kept opening. We also struggled with the safe.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location . Great breakfast with a good choice of healthy options . All the reception staff were amazing .

The bed was extremely hard , so not the best sleep .

Paula was especially accommodating. Quite engaging, Paula greeted my wife and I with a pleasant smile and offers to help from check-in to check-out. The warm welcome from the staff and the hotel's great central location. Of note was Alegria's lovely welcome and cup of her special hot chocolate!

Cozy boutique hotel and very comfortable bed. Lovely hot chocolate every morning. Receptionists are super helpful

Everything just perfect they’re really nice people specially Ana I think she’s the most patient person I’ve ever seen in my life. She tried to make my trip so nice and easy. She’s very explaining every single details I need to know which is so cute of her

This hotel is very special. Everything about it was lovely. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. Nice toiletries and a kettle. The breakfast was three courses and extremely good. It would keep us going until about 3pm! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was brilliant. We sat on our balcony a couple of afternoons and watched the peacocks in the Alcazar. You are minutes from all the main attractions, but in a quiet location.We loved Seville but would definitely return just to stay here again!

Legado Alcazar Hotel is at the best location, close to all major attractions, but not on the main roads. It is surprisingly quiet!The surrounding charming streets add the hotel more unique southern Spain characters. Very comfortable hotel! All the staffs are very pleasant and super helpful. We surely enjoyed our stay every moment.

Location was amazing, perfect for city centre sights. Staff were so incredibly helpful! And breakfast amazing too

Nothing. Genuinely a lovely place to stay

Wonderful stay at this perfectly located characterful hotel. We stayed in the room with the balcony overlooking the palace gardens. We loved our neighbours Mr and Mrs Peacock! The breakfasts were fantastic, lots of choice and great coffee. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Great service, staff were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Maria who was absolutely lovely.

The staff were very welcoming and warm. The rooms were well maintained and clean. We really love how spacious it was and how close it was to everything.
