Pros +
- Customer service and breakfast.
- The hotel was in a nice location. Also, the actual room had a lot of space.
- The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was actually quite good and above standards. Location was fantastic as it was close enough to walk to everything, yet far enough to be away from all of the hordes of tourists.
Cons -
- Dogs being allowed. A bit less hygienic.
- Our room smells very bad like sewage. We forgot our phone cord in the room and my husband went up to get it after we checked out and there was already a hotel staff member in plunging a toilet which seems like maybe they knew that there was an issue¿? ¿
- The room. It was quite dark, not good air ventilation (so got humid and damp) and it was dungeon like. A room for four and it was just myself. Cannot imagine being in there with four people! Bathroom so small. I would request an exterior room next time.

Staff was super nice! Room was small but very nice. Loved the art work in the lobby and location.
From arriving to leaving we were so well treated. Lupe on reception set the tone and the rest of the staff followed!A great Hotel in a great city close to all the sights. Excellent breakfast and great bed. We will return!!
Staff: I had most of my encounters with one of the staff (Sonia) she was very professional and helpful. I am sure the other staff who are working there are as good as her. If your booking this hotel just know that you’re in safe hands. The staff takes care of your needs and go out of the ways to help you get around the places too.
No halal breakfast
Great location and value for money. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming
A bit of noise from avenue and only one lift
The hotel was at the edge of the old town which was perfect for us. We don´t like to be in the center of the touristy areas. There were plenty of places to shop, eat and attractions nearby. The hotel was perfect. They have a pillow menu which is perfect for my partner as its always too soft for him. And for his birthday, they left a muffin with a candle for him on the bed. The breakfast buffet was really nice with lots of choices. And they have filtered water fountain in the lobby so you can fill your water bottle up everyday. The receptionists were really nice and they had umbrellas to use when it rained. All in all this was a great stay and we would stay there again when we return.
There was a strange smell in the room that seemed like it came from the sewer system.
Great location Extremely friendly staff on reception
The room felt a little cramped. The heating is centrally controlled, and was set to too high of a setting. It’s also noisy.
Location in El Arenal was good for access to many restaurants, flamenco, and other sites.
Parking... non-existant in front of the hotel and the city parking garages were far away and full that day. Crazy traffic. We were so stressed by the time we got into the room. Front desk had just one person and registration was a slow process. The entry way also had a musty smell... a big turnoff at first impression. Not a great start to our first visit in Seville.

Stayed here for 4 nights with another couple.Fantastic location with short walks to the main attractions of Seville. Very comfortable and clean and great value for money. We didn't book breakfast, as there were so many lovely places for brunch that were a short walk away.
Nothing not to like.
This is a charming hotel located in a very central location, 14 mins walking to the Real Alcazar. The room was very well renovated, shower pressure was good, and pillows comfortable. The staff were super friendly and were able to give us a room even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time. The breakfast was excellent - with a ton of variety, both hot and cold. The hotel was also really easy to reach using the EA airport bus. Highly recommend this place and I'll definitely want to stay here again!
Nothing, everything was great!
Good placement and great breakfast
The room felt a bit cold.
Good location, very good breakfast
Floor was a bit cold without carpet.
The hotel was clean and the room was large enough with a nice shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was great. The hotel was conveniently located with good walking access to everything we wanted to see in the City.
There was a smell in the lobby
Breakfast was wondeeful. Clean accommodation and roomy rooms.
Noise coming through Windows
The staff were friendly, the breakfast had a lovely selection and the beds were comfortable.
We were on the first floor, that didn’t have much window, you looked out onto a busy road and bus stop, so it was very noisy due to the traffic. There were no coffee facilities in the room and we could only get a coffee in the morning when breakfast was being served to bring a coffee to the room.
Excellent location, big room with bathroom and terrace. Friendly staff.
Slight smell in the room when we got in.
Excellent location and staff.
Smell in the bathroom upon arrival, not cleaned really well, rooms too small, no sound isolation to neighbouring rooms, overall too expensive for what you get.
