Lovely hotel,very central location and staff were very friendly and helpful

Great location, basically in the city centre. The staff was very kind and provided us with all necessary information. The room was very clean.

Actually nothing, but I would suggest adding more shelves in the bathrooms to put personal items on

Great location and decoration. Lobby is cozy and inviting. Complementary Coffee capsules and little sofa were a definite upgrade

Bathroom sink and adjacent top table small and not the best material as not water friendly

The position Is optimal, also the personal is very gentle

The room has some humidity, and some dirty in the walls. For the coffee machine you have to buy the capsules

The hotel was in an excellent location and the entrance and patio were lovely. There was a 24hr reception which was a lifesaver after our five hour train delay.

The room was dated and floors and bathroom were very ‘tired’ and grubby. The staff were not very cheerful or helpful even when we arrived exhausted after our long delay. They would answer our questions but not make us feel overly welcome.

Perfect location.The single room was great for a solo traveler and had everything I need. Free luggage storage. Comfy pillows.

Rooms aren't soundproof, humid and the furniture is in general old and cheap quality.Bathroom is smelly and doesn't have good ventilation.

The bathroom was impossible. Shower leaked, leaving a flood in the tiny bathroom. Toilet seat broken. No room to turn around. No counter space for toiletries - impossible to shave. No glasses available in room. Bad bad bad design altogether, completely non-functional. No functional window for natural light in the room.

Awesome AC. Fast internet. Quiet. Hot water in shower. Lobby decorated nicely. Location near major roads for quick access to attractions. Fridge worked great. Nice rooftop area.

Room just looked dirty. There was either spaghetti sauce or blood on the wall near the bed. This place would be a 10 with a fresh coat of paint and a professional floor cleaning. And please get regular toilet paper instead of napkins.

Central location, clean, had all the amenities needed (first hotel that provided toothbrush and toothpaste), AC for colder nights and friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was as described.

Very good location close to many must-see places. I didn't use transportation as it's 100% walkable. Antique building with a special vibe. Excellent wifi. Air conditioner and coffee maker.

Building needs some maintenance and updating.

Excellent location centrally in the city close to restaurants, shopping and buses etc. Staff were very helpful at all times. Train station very close. Rooms were warm and very clean.

Shower drainage is very slow, fearing water could spill out when shower. Washing basin is very small with no space for toiletries, with water easily spilled out onto the floor.

The room requires renovation. There was also not nice smell in the bathroom, probable from the pipes.

Misleading advert, paid for a delux room, was tiny, broken bathroom door with no sound insulation when we used the toilet etc. Staff not willing to do anything about it or show us another room to compare.No parking for our van nearby.

The room and bathroom have all basic necessities. Good water pressure on the second floor. We only stayed for one night and got up early to catch the bus to the airport. It walkable to the bus station with luggage, although you have to walk about 100m on the cobblestone road before you reach the paved sidewalk. It is not so good for the wheels of your trolley

The lobby area looks dingy in the dirty sense. The place looks better at night, but in daylight it sure looks dated and dirty like a motel. Not a 3 star hotel. The room only has a coffee maker, not an electric kettle. I don't know how to make tea with this appliance. They did leave tea bags free for use. We booked this hotel because it is the closest one near the bus station that was available and affordable. The distance to the bus station was good, but it's quite the walk to the main attractions. 20 minutes walk to de Setas. Over 15 minutes walk to the bridge to Triana
