i extended for a second night, and the price was triple - although it was new year’s eve

Some rooms don’t have windows, it’s difficult to understand which time of the day it is…like in casino, and also no ventilation

We loved the hotel and the lovely plaza that it's situated in. Beautiful architecture and nice cafes with great atmosphere. The hotel staff were a pleasure to meet and room was perfect with great views. We slept very well every night, very peaceful. The roof terrace offers a nice place to relax and take in the views.

Everything was great — the hotel is located very close to the city center, which made it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The sound insulation was poor — it was easy to hear noise from other rooms. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the hairdryer in the bathroom was also out of order. There was also a strong smell of perfumed cleaning products.

Easy access to food, drinks, sight seeing activities and entertainment.

The location, central city center. Clean. Well furnished room. The evening reception young guy was friendly and helpful. Deal a nearby underground garage (25 euros/day). Beautiful building but so much wasted potential...

We were given room 2 but it had a terrible noise buzzing (I am 100% this is known to the crew, they just try their odds by giving it to naive and polite tourists...) we obviously complained and got room 3 instead. Both are badly located in the hallway, near the reception - you can hear literally everything, no outside window but one to the inside closed yard (we were aware of the risk looking at previous comments). Room 2 is very small, room 3, bigger (weird light system though). Overall. Not a great value for money.

Location of the hotel was very good. It is close to the attractions but also in very quiet neighborhood. The value for the price is excellent. The room was pristine clean and staff was very nice

Since it's an old building, when someone from next room is getting a shower, you hear it. It's not going to wake you up from your sleep but still.. I think this issue is very common in buildings in Spain

The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel looks very nice inside and out and the price we paid was very affordable in comparison what we got. clean big nice rooms. The location is also quite central, many restaurants and such around.

The room we got was on a ground floor facing the street so we had some noise. Although seems it was the only room available for 3. Then the parking is quite expensive all in all, although they seem to have a good deal with a parking lot. We managed to find a street parking a bit farther.

Loved the room, the building, the staff, and the location!!

Didn't much care for 40° Celcius, but hotel not responsible for that! It was a welcoming oasis even though checkout was at 11am, they let us come back and enjoy the air conditioning in the afternoon until it was time to get our train .

Staff and location are excellent, but I would say cleanliness is questionable

The staff at the reception could be more engaging, smile and feel more welcoming to enhance the guests experience.
