    Pros +

    • Really enjoyed the location here; we could walk to everything we wanted to see and eat. The complimentary refreshments were a lovely bonus! If you’re coming from the Plaza de Armas ALSA bus station, it’s a straightforward 26 minute walk.
    • Very near to all places that I needed to visit. Free drinks and snacks in the reception. Simple/minimalist amenities that are just right for your needs.
    • Hotel was close to all of the sights-within a 8 minute walk. Restaurants, bars etc right around the corner. It made it a bit nosier at night, hotel was clean it looked like it could use some updating but it was a very reasonable price.

    Cons -

    • We experienced some persistent noise from the toilet during our stay. We brought this to the attention of the hotel staff so they could address it for future guests.
    • No view from the window - roof of the next building is what I could see from my room. No adequate natural light during the day, but I think this is very common in the design of houses/buildings in the area. Sound proofing could be improved as I woke up when it rained at night and I could hear the rain heating the roof/windows continuously and was unable to go back to sleep again due to the constant loud rain drops heating the surface even with the windows closed.
    • A bit noisy outside with the bars, they like to empty all the bottles around 4 am!

Great location near park, restaurants, windy paths through the neighborhood, and taxi could easily drop us off at door. The fresh water bottles and juices were very thoughtful. Enjoyed the terrace. Comfortable bed and good AC.

Fantastic location very helpful staff and cleaners would highly recommend looking forward to visit seville again .

    Everything was good

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We needed an extra pillow and they provided it immediately. The bathroom was very clean and the bath was great. The water pressure was fantastic. The location was very close to the city centre, around 10min away from the cathedral. The free snacks and drinks were great.

-The bathroom smelled of drainage and the noise from the other rooms travelled quite a bit.-Although there were restaurants around the hotel, the noise stopped around 11pm. However, this did not affect our sleep.

My room was in the courtyard, dark. But that's why it was cheap. Location very good for exploring downtown and for going to the airport. Coffee and drink available. Helpful staff.

The key-cards system didn't work during my stay, but I hope that's solved now. At least the staff proved to be very helpful.

Well located within easy walk to.main attractions.

Didnt realise it was a religious holiday weekend and our room was situated close tp some popular cafes and so was noisy till 2am.

    7JohnPosted on: 11-16-2025

The room was comfortable and clean. There was a large balcony which was handy. A lovely shower and the option of a bath. Cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and all the reception team spoke English.

There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Location and the place itself was charming - had a great room which helped

Occasionally the cleaning wasn’t excellent- one day it was brilliant which showed up the other days

    7DavidPosted on: 11-13-2025

The staff were friendly. Room was cleaned well. Location was good

Had problem with door card and window in bathroom couldn't be closed

    8SackettPosted on: 11-6-2025

The lady working at the reception was lovely. It was very well located. And had a great sun deck with beautiful views over the park and city rooftop.

    LocationFriendly and Informative Staff

Room we booked with terrace was not available so we were switched to a different room without terrace which was a shame but still a very nice room

    8DeirdrePosted on: 11-3-2025

The location was very good. It was opposite a sweet park and there were lots of restaurants around. We also liked the view from the rooftop area where there were a couple of sunbeds and seating. Very relaxing.

The room was small and we looked out on the back of the hotel with vents from neighbouring restaurants. It was great for our one night though. Clean and comfortable.

    10JessicaPosted on: 10-30-2025

All the staff went above and beyond, they were so kind and friendly. Little extras like the complimentary breakfast things put out each day and the free drink voucher for a local bar were lovely touches

It was a bit noisy on the street outside but that can’t be helped

    9HowardPosted on: 10-18-2025

Located in the old city adjacent to the Park containing the Alcazar and within minutes of the Cathedral. The area was very convenient for cafes and restaurants and some takeaways but retained a quiet and safe atmosphere. We often walked just 50 metres back to our hotel after eating out. The room with private balcony was on the roof level (3rd floor) and gave exceptional views over our part of the city. Staff on Reception were very helpful and spoke excellent English.

Breakfast bar was minimal. Coffee was good and available all day. Otherwise cornflakes and cocoa pops with some small packs of biscuits and plain cup cakes. There was a fruit bowl but it often ran out. Seating area very limited. However the Hotel does not advertise that it provides breakfast and there is an affiliated restaurant immediately next door.

    4ThomasPosted on: 10-18-2025

Location was close to all the main sites. All hotel employees were very kind, professional, and helpful. The snack and coffee bar was nice to have in the lobby.

Very noisy late at night. Every night loud singing and screaming. Every night around 2-3 am there were workers right outside the hotel creating load nouses thrashing.items such as bottles or garbage. After 3 nights we were exhausted due to lack of sleep. Beds were creaky when rolling over at night.

    9MehmetPosted on: 10-9-2025

Comfortable bed, very clean, excellent location. Complimentary coffee and tea, soft drinks, snacks, cornflakes are a nice touch.

There is a situation unrelated to the hotel. The waste collection teams are working in the morning and making some noise on the street, but it's not serious and they leave quickly. I just wanted to mention it for those who are light sleepers.

    8ShirleyPosted on: 10-6-2025

Very clean room. Very central. The receptionist on duty in the mornings was very helpful.

Noise from restaurant below till late in the evening. Door key kept failing which was frustrating.

    10ElizabethPosted on: 9-20-2025

We liked everything about this gem of a hotel. We felt very safe there and the reception staff were fantastic. The cleaning staff were exceptional.

It would be nice to have a shower with a door rather than a shower curtain. The shower was very small and with the curtain the floor got very wet.
