The staff in the hotel were excellent they went out of their way to help and were most pleasant and informative.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location was good, close to all the main attractions in Seville. The large double room was very comfortable and well equipped.

Second year in a row staying here. Staff are fantastic, helpful and attentive. Building is stunning. Rooms immaculate, clean and comfortable. Location is walking distance from all major attractions. Hotel is quiet no street noise in your room.

Our room was comfortable and beautiful. The customer service was exceptional. Our train was cancelled so we arrived later than planned and missed a show we had tickets to. The concierge called the theater and they agreed to honor our tickets the next day.

The main areas are open to the outside, so a little chilly in winter. Our room was a perfect temperature.

Lovely old building, renovated and updated to have all modern comforts but keeping the characterful features. Very comfortable room. The service from all the staff was exceptional – they could not have done more to help us and were extremely friendly and polite.

Only drawback was that there was only one small window in the corner of our room, so not much natural light

The room was a good size, bright and clean. Basic toiletries where provided. The location is great within a couple of minutes work from the centre with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The reception staff were all super nice and very helpful.

Aircon was ineffective. Was mildly inconvenient in February, but can imagine in summer it would be a challenge if it's the same as it was.

Nothing. I guess a lunch/dinner restaurant would be a plus but there are so many eateries on the doorstep it really didn’t matter

They close the rooftop and pool if there is rain on the day. I wish this was communicated with us earlier as it was a main reason we chose this hotel

Amazing hotel in a great central location. Bedroom and bathroom both very clean and modern. Perfect! Excellent breakfast with a great choice. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel was very clean. The whole of the staff were friendly and very polite. It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel.

Slight niggle but only a small problem in that the bedroom wardrobes were dark inside so difficult to see your clothes.

Excellent location,walkable distance to everything in Central Seville. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.Good choices for the buffet breakfast.Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotlessly clean and made up every day on request. Good facilities in the room,coffee,tea making facilities. Very good shower/ bathroom and comfortable bed.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Our check in was very slick and a super friendly Pedro assisted us.The breakfast was a little over priced but a very good selection of foods on offer. The staff in the dining room were very attentive to our needs.

If I had anything negative to say about this hotel would be that in places like corridors and stairwells it was quite dark. I considered this an issue for me as I was afraid of losing my footing.
