The staff was very helpful, the restaurant was a great place to hangout, the room was very quiet, and the location was great!

Fabulous hotel. Staff so lovely, the room was beautiful, bed so comfy. When we arrived back after dinner out there was a plate of fresh fruit and a bottle of prosecco for us.! Complimentary breakfast superb.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is in a perfect location. Room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of toiletries supplied and the free minibar was replenished daily. On arrival we had a complementary mini bottle of Prosecco in an ice bucket ready for us in our room.The booking was on a room only basis however we had a free breakfast buffet each morning offering a range of food and drink, including bubbly.Would definitely recommend

If I could find one fault it would be that the walls weren’t very sound proof and we could hear noise from other areas on occasion. No big issue though

Some trouble getting room temperature to desired level

The location was perfect centrally located near restaurants, attractions yet not noisy. The staff was wonderful always greeting us helping us get a taxi and directions. They also gave us complimentary snacks and breakfast a free upgrade to a room with a view. The breakfast buffet was great well maintained with assortment of meats, cheese and cereals, fresh fruit and juices, breads and pastries. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Breakfast room in the rooftop is both astonishing and so cozy. Unique experience with an excellent breakfast! (actually fresh honey and orange juice made at the moment not previously squeezed).The staff had a hiccup, but I appreciated the way the dealt with it, which is when you really see if they smtg is worth.

The staff was really kind. They had the best rooms and the facilities. Also, they did so great with the complementary wine and chocolates- loved the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in Seville, not just for its great location but also great services and people.

Was a really lovely stay, the staff were so nice and helpful especially the receptionists and the girls which took care of the breakfast room. They made sure we were always comfortable and taken care of. Loved the hotel rooms which were spacious, clean and modern. Very much appreciated the surprise extras they gave us during our stay such as Prosecco and nibbles in the room as a welcome plus a breakfast upgrade. Really there was nothing to grumble about this hotel and my mum felt really welcome and at ease at the hotel which was something I was worried about. The location was superb. Just 5 minutes from the Cathedral. Will definitely re visit Seville and stay here. Thank you from me and Mum.

Excellent location, beautifully restored old building with lots of character. Spotlessly clean. Great staff. Excellent breakfast served on the 4th floor terrace with a view of the cathedral.

Some renovation work going on during our stay, but obviously this is a temporary issue only.

Awesome location! Restaurants and Seville Cathedral are within walking distance. Staff like Nerea was just top notch guest services. She was super helpful, cheerful and a pleasure. We also got complimentary little cava, lots of drinks in the fridge and chips/candy to snack on. Nice touch on the breakfast being included too. Beautiful lobby!

The air conditioner didn't work too well. I had it at 10C and high air but nothing changed. The walls are thin, I can hear the guests next room coughing, sneezing and their conversations. It's an old hotel so that's what happens. Earplugs did the trick.

Very good location close to the river, the center and the placa de toro. Lots of restaurants and shops around which look authentic and not like tourist traps. Rooms were spacious and well equipped and frigo bar was well stocked. Only small negative point, the room was a little dark. The stuff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful at all time of day and night.

Breakfast which was offered to us, was set on a lovely terrace on the roof with views over the roofs of Seville. But unfortunately it was not great, probably because of the excessive heat.

Location was good with access to all within walking distance and close to cafes and restaurants. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Central location, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, mini bar and some snacks on arrival which was a really nice surprise.

A pool would have been an added benefit, however it didn’t really bother us as our stay was short.

Lovely hotel, great staff Foyer was being done up - looked great Room spacious, comfortable, clean. Loved the coffee pods but would have liked more milk - 4 perhaps instead of 2. Cups quaint but not great for older fingers. Water every day much appreciated. Our windows’ location gave hardly any daylight and l missed that. Had expected a bar but plenty close by along with cafes / restaurants etc. very lively location
