Smelly bathroom and uncomfortable pillows

The room was amazing and the private terrace a great bonus. Breakfast provided an excellent selection of options,and with attentive staff who kept the food replenished.The hotel location is perfect for Sevill old town with everything within a short walk, and an abundance of restaurants and gift shops close by.

I arrived at about 7.30pm in the pouring rain to find the main door locked and no-one on reception. When they appeared 10 minutes later there was no apology.Not a good first impression, but staff were friendly and helpful for the rest of the stay.

The location within the old town which was perfect for all the sites. We loved the decor and it's general ambiance and the friendliness of the staff. It has a lovely roof terrace which is a great place to see the cathedral tower.

The breakfast was very minimal, the bed was not comfortable and the room was very small. The hot AC couldn't be turned off

Very convenient location in delightful pedestrianised area of Santa Cruz. Rooms well maintained and kept very clean. Staff attentive and very helpful. Lots of excellent restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood and an extremely convenient short walk to the main site of interest.

Whilst I appreciated the free wi-fi, unfortunately the spread-out nature of the property meant that the signal was very week in the room itself.

Comfy bed, nice room, excellent water pressure in the shower.

The location is within walking distance to the Seville Cathedral.

The taxi's are not able to drop guests right in front of the hotel. You will need to walk 50-100 meters to get to the hotel.

The location is super conveniently located in the city center. Breakfast was good value for money. The bed is comfortable.

Very polite workers at the reception desk like Reinaldo and Mayte who offers us breakfast.

The room was adequate & clean for a solo traveler. Proximity to restaurants & major attractions.

Walls are thin so you can hear staff & guests. Internet connectivity was horrendous, signal was spotty or nonexistent at times. The twin bed I had I believe has seen better days. It was hard & some springs were broken. It made noises every time I moved on it including the bed frame.

The bathroom was nice.

The A/C does not work while you are not in the room, so the room is hot when you come in. Very annoying. The bed sheets were not comfortable

The location was great where you really felt you were in the very old part of town. The individuals at the reception desk were very polite and extremely helpful. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby as well as shops. The room was superb, extremely clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast was amazing with a large variety of options. I needed gluten free options and the hotel was great in providing such quality options.

Very difficult to fault The only thing we like is tea and coffee making facilities in the room but that doesn't seem to be a done thingfrom our experience of hotels in Spain so it's not really an expectation

Exceptional location, beautiful surroundings of an old Town. All highlights are 5-10 min walk.

I don't like that l have to go back home

The People that works at the hotel, the management were remarkably polite and helpful. They do the best to give customers a great experience. Breakfast is very good. The location is perfect. I shall certainly be back here soon.

I liked the hotel very much, there's nothing to object nor criticize at all. Although Booking's post sales is horrible. From communications to helping you to solve any issue.

Location was perfect. Very central but very little noise at night thankfully. Our stay was excellent value. Clean comfortable room. Staff v helpful and friendly especially Jaime.Would definitely stay again.

Very little we didn't like. When we mentioned the pillows were a bit uncomfortable staff replaced them immediately.

Excellent location, in the heart of the old town yet not far from areas cars (buses, taxi) can access. The triple room we had was fine even though a bit on the small size. Quiet, clean, comfortable facility with a lot of historic character and charme. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff,
