- Easy check-in/check-out- Very friendly staff- (In my opinion:) Delicious and well-chosen scent in the hotel/room that is not too overpowering or causes headaches- Luggage storage service- Good location- I would like to give special mention to the cleaning staff, who did a great job every day, sometimes working until 5 p.m.- Rooftop terraces have a great view
- Minor comment for improvement: The entrance area facing the street was occasionally a little untidy in the evenings - not dirty, but it just didn't look quite “top notch.”

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, spotless, good facilities.
It's a personal thing but the pillows, the long Spanish pillows. We overlooked the river but back of hotel lit up so the room was actually quite light even with curtains pulled.

A very nice hotel, the bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was generous and the restaurant on the top floor has a great view. The location is also great, we walked to the city center every day.

Lovely quiet room with great TV. Very clean. The staff were fantastic. Well positioned for bars/ restaurants in Triana and also the Old Town. Would recommend despite very minor points ( listed )
Very expensive Parking ( but convenient) The supplied tea and coffee for the room was not enough. Double bed was actually two singles pushed together.

We loved the way they received us and explained their services. We came to see the circo Solei which is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel and we enjoyed the river view from our bed.The room was spacious and we could open slightly our window during the night, we love fresh air.We definitely will come back to this hotel due to all little details we have found delighted with.Thank you

AC was broken , changed us to a working AC room and ended up charging us for the change.

For some reason the restaurant was closed for dinner but Macarena in the bar saved the occasion by phoning around local restaurants and booking a table for us.
The room was spacious and beautifully lit, the bed was extremely comfortable, hot water was readily available in the bathroom, the temperature-controlled AC and room heater worked perfectly, and the breakfast spread was extensive and delightful.
I would have preferred more vegetarian food options for lunch and dinner in a la carte or room service
