Clean room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely use it again

The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and had no problem storing our luggage while we toured. We had a slight mixup in our reservation (we were a family group of 11) and it was resolved satisfactory. Breakfast was delightful and delicious

They welcomed us with fizzy drinks. They were friendly. Nice hotel entrance. Nice rooms. Located centrally in Seville.

Room is tiny, once my suitcase was on the floor I could not move around the bed. Lucky I was only 1 person, 2 suitcases would have be awful. The pool was a lovely relief from the 41c heat, although no shade over the very small pool.

Lovely boutique hotel, close to everything. Large, clean, modern rooms. Great breakfast.

The traditional style of the hotel: built round a courtyard and beautifully decorated. The staff, who were really helpful in changing our room from ground floor to first floor. Great location within walking distance of everything. Dramatic rooftop bar. Note, most of the rooms have windows opening on the courtyard.

This was no problem, but we thought the breakfast was a bit expensive and didn't have barista coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice or fruit salad. But we went out after the first day and found lovely cafes locally (including in the street).

This hotel is perfect. It's location, the room, the lobby area, WiFi and staff were superb. We were greeted by Irene who was so friendly and helpful. We were offered a glass of Cava each while Irene checked us in which was very quick and trouble free. Our room and the bathroom were spotless and I have never stayed at an hotel that offers such wonderful housekeeping. Our water bottle and our coffee was topped up everyday and not just once. The rooms seemed to be checked several times during the day. The balcony which the rooms were accessed from looked onto an open courtyard. There was a rooftop bar and pool also. I would rate this boutique hotel as one of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting. Irene even loaned us a USB C plug because we were silly enough to forget to take a plug with us. Luckily we had cables. There was also a mini bar which we did not make use of as the prices were very expensive.

Traditional and stylish hotel in an excellent location (walking distance to all the sights), yet secluded from the busy streets. Excellent rooftop bar and overall service.

Being an old building, the plumbing was noisy and we could hear people outside our room easily.

The plunge pool was amazing after a hot day for a pre-dinner drink! Location is excellent for walking distance to everything.

On an extreme heat wave day the air conditioning system struggled to keep the room temperature that it was set at. We were comfortable but if you needed extreme cold air conditioning it may not work for you.

Check in was great, champagne on arrival. Staff very friendly and accommodating. In the afternoon were were little pasteries available in the foyer free, which was a nice touch.

AC was not functioning correctly. Room remains hot despite setting the temperature to low.
