Pros +
- Really nothing. Was a place to put my head down.
- Good location 1 minute walk to Metropol Parasol (Las Setas) 15 minutes to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Room was clean.
- Room was great.
Cons -
- Check-in was done via phone. Nobody present at property. How would u check in if you didn't have a phone??? Multiple codes for doors. Confusion about parking. Hard to drive to the property. Won't ever book here again
- This is not a hotel and there are no staff on the premises. 2 days before arrival we were sent 3 codes: for the main door, our room and common areas (kitchen and store room). Using these was a pain as you have to remember them/write them down (it wasn't just us but we saw other guests putting down what they were carrying just to look something up on their phone); and why do you need a code to the kitchen when everyone in the building knows it?The room was very small: the bed area not much bigger than the bed plus some hanging/shelf space. There was nowhere to sit or unpack, apart from the bed. We had a "deluxe" room, which had a small outside space (half the size of the bed area) with 3 high walls, but this wasn't much use either. The property is described as Suites and although were weren't expecting a suite, we were expecting something larger. There was also a small shower room with a good size shower, which blocked and spread water into the room. When we contacted them (via WhatsApp) they said to "avoid inconvenience" the mop and bucket were in the cleaning cupboard. There is a shared kitchen where there was a box per room to use to leave food in the fridge, a bit like being in student accommodation. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room so you have to go up/down stairs/lift with cups (remembering the codes as you go). The kitchen doesn't have a table or chairs and the only place to sit is on stools by a breakfast bar looking at the wall. When we left we asked them via WhatsApp to arrange a taxi to the airport (as advertised) the response was that we should contact a member of staff. The only person we could find was the cleaning lady who tried to help but couldn't work out what to do. We tried to phone for a taxi but as we don't speak Spanish, that didn't work either. So we dragged our luggage to a local restaurant who called us a taxi (after a lovely lunch).
- There was no onsite reception, which is something I’d hoped for. Reception is remote but still attentive if you messaged them.

Clean, easy to check in and good location
The pictures are not compatible with the room that we got. It is extremely small. A balcony supposed to be there , but in fact that is not a balcony it’s just a big window, where you can step in but cannot go with your full body outside.
Good location, very easy to access. Clean and straightforward base for a long weekend.
Needed some tlc - shower control falling off wall, roof panel in bathroom loose, pool area needed some work. Would benefit from a few more towels/ cushions, a little basic.
Quiet location but only minutes from Las Setas & the hustle & bustle. Small supermarket minutes from property plus bars & lovely cafe for breakfast/brunch.
Nothing really. We had a spacious room with a terrace. Good little kitchen area with free tea & coffee, small but nice pool area.
I stayed at this hotel recently and while the accommodation itself was clean and the location was very good, I was extremely disappointed with the main reason I chose this property – the rooftop area. The photos online are very misleading. In reality, there are only two sun loungers on the roof for eight rooms, and absolutely no shade available. The advertised umbrella in the photos simply does not exist. This completely ruined my holiday as I had been looking forward to relaxing on the terrace in the afternoons, but instead there was nowhere comfortable to sit except back in my room. Customer service was also poor. When I raised the issue, I was advised to carry one of the chairs from my room up to the roof. I asked where my boyfriend was supposed to sit, and again about the missing umbrella, but the online representative never replied.Overall, while the rooms are fine and the location is good, the rooftop is a huge letdown and not as advertised. I left feeling very disappointed and that my holiday had been spoiled because of this.
Clean rooms, good location and clean kitchen area with good facilities
The pool was not as pictured, very green
The room was clean, the location was great and the pool was very nice.
Unfortunately we had very loud guests next to us who smoked multiple nights which all seeped into our room. The ground floor has no airflow and the extractor didn't seem to help at all with the smell of smoke. You can also hear everything if you're on the ground floor so bring earplugs.
Only the location was great.Nothing else.
Don't trust the pictures this B&B is not worth the money .Better spend extra 20% and get proper hotel .The hotel has ongoing problems for few months (reading previous reviews ) and nothing has been done since. Broken hand rail at the pool loose deciding, leaking selling in the bathroom that was covered by towel and nailed was way to much .Lack of garden chairs no toilet and simple shower at the pool was a bit unpleasant pool is extremely hot and small . Don't order a taxi from their app we had been quoted 36€ but paid 12 from a taxi rank with is 3 min from the b&b owners don't care about the property .Kitchen is dirty with dirty and worn utilities .We booked a room with private patio as we are both smokers but unfortunately the smoking was prohibited even on a private open patio with 100€ fine by the property so we need to go out the building for a smoke .Air conditioning is not working properly with very sensitive sensor inside the patio door you need to open and close it few times to get it working. It's prohibited to open menu on air-conditioning so the only option is cooler or warmer with no fan adjustment ( it was to cold with air-conditioning and to warm when was off ) sun cream is not allowed in the pool in 40 ° C heat (dirty objects and hairs in pool ) not sure maybe is not cleaned daily. We stayed for 3 nights . This only my opinion but I will avoid this place . Public toilet in lobby outdated and filthy. Parasol is not secure it feel down to the pool at me one day .Some raw electricity wires close.to.the pool !!! After few hours we were looking for a partial refund and upgrade to better accommodation but the owners did not care .
Location, plunge pool and kitchen were great.
Noise. We were in the ground floor with a small seating area outside and could hear any conversation and also hear from the pool on the roof.
the apartment itself is very clean, as well as the shared kitchen. we were traveling with large baggage, so the availability of the elevator was a nice surprise.
however, one of the reasons we chose this place is the pool, which at the time of our arrival was extremely dirty and greenish, like you couldn’t see the bottom of it.
Spotlessly clean throughout and easy to access via the virtual key locks. Loved the numbered boxes for the shared kitchen and all the facilities were there.Brilliant location literally 2 minutes into the town.Splash pool was nice for a cool down!!
Maybe more than 2 loungers and 1 chair on the sun deck as it was so hot all the guests wanted to be up there and the decking was far too hot to sit on.
Sweet Sevilla Suites is a very clean property, well furnished and comfortable. The location is great, lots of local bars & restaurants within walking distance. The lady who works there is very friendly & helpful.
The air conditioning didn’t cool the room to a comfortable temperature for us. We visited in the height of summer so could’ve done with the room being much cooler as we struggled to fall asleep due to the heat.
Great location in the historic old town - close to Las Setas.Easy check in
It was all great
I liked ,Nothing the place has no staff if any issues arise ,you will be left to your own device, no air con in sweltering heat, broken, pool facilities are the worst

Location was good. We appreciate that our issues were eventually solved and that we were reimbursed for the night we slept without the door shut.
We faced two bad issues during our short stay. Firstly, our door wouldn’t shut or lock as it was broken. Due to the fact that there was no staff members or a reception at all, nobody could help us. We had to sleep with our hotel room door open. We tried to contact the hotel and only heard back 12 hours later. Additionally, the bathroom is poorly designed with it always flooding, and flooding the entire bedroom badly, just from one short shower. And due to no staff on site, we didn’t know how to deal with the floods and did not have anyone to help us.
The kitchen facilities were very good and provided good space and equipment for preparing and eating breakfasts.
The pool is very small and the filter was not working so it was very murky and out of use for part of the stay.
Very cosy apartment. Even if situated just 200 meters from Settas de Sevilla, it is located on a quiet square. We have enjoyed the privacy, clean apartment an kitchen, nice room service and refreshing roof pool. Would recommend!
Having some more pool furniture would be nice! But anyway, we were there every day.
Fantastic location so central to everything
Nothing at all......but just a heads up if you are driving be aware the roads around the apartment are very narrow and you need to park in car park about 5mins walk away as no direct parking.
