Close proximity to historic places

The parking lot was small so we parked at a real one and it cost 20 euro

Room was clean and comfortable. Decoration was nice and neutral. The central heating was working fine, which is quite convenient as this was in January and it was cold outside. Location is excellent, just next door to the main bus station and close to all major sights in Seville. Wifi was easy to use and worked fine.

Warm welcome, good breakfast, location, only 5 minutes from Plaza de Armas bus station, and about 10-15 minute walk to city center which makes it perfect starting point to explore the city

Extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't very strong and led to a very fogged up room.

Very good location. Parking at the hotel. The reception people are very nice.

The rooms had poor soundproofing. Especially ours, which was in front of the elevator, we could hear the conversations of everyone waiting for it. The hot water came out brown from the tap. The breakfast was of quite poor quality and in small portions, not very quickly replenished. The eggs were canned and when we asked for a boiled egg for our baby they said it was not possible. There was no heating in the room. They brought us a small radiator for heating. The parking lot was extremely narrow and difficult to get into.

This was our second time here, so I knew what this hotel had to offer. The service is still very good and it is in a great location - close to the historic center and the bus station.I was pleased that they didn't change anything. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, the room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well.

Great location! Close to all atractions.The room was ready before check-in time. Long check-out hours. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

It was a little bit of a challenge to get in to garage but managable

Great location but narrow street took nerve. Classy place. Their own garage was scary and we couldn't even get our car into it. But their alternate garage just a 3 min walk away was perfectly fine and not a bad thing. Large supermarket was there!!!

They should never tell anyone to use their own garage. Just don't. Alternative garage was fine.

No Fridge,no bottles of water,no kettle. Surprising considering the cost .

Loved the roof top pool, we used it daily and it felt like our own private terrace as it was so quiet! The staff were amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble and I loved my bed being made every day! You don’t always get that! Location is fantastic. A cute brunch spot right outside and only a 15 min walk to the centre. Around the corner is the art museum and a pretty square with a couple of restaurants.

The window by the bed did not have a dark or blackout curtain so the light was bright all night every night.
